I think she just fancied Horner, God knows why - if I remember correctly he had terrible hair back then as well, she sorted out that barnet for him pretty sharpish!

Sometimes it's not about money though, but access to a social group or class that you wouldn't have unless you married into it - social respectability, I suppose.

She might not have wanted to bag a ‘rich’ man as she is wealthy in her own right but maybe just a man? A man who also mixes in certain circles and would enable her to do so as well. Some rich men and some rich women still want to bag themselves a partner, it’s not totally unheard of. Not saying this is Geri but I might be super rich and still want a man, you never know. Maybe she was wealthy enough to be able to hang around the paddock and have access to men that meet her requirements as in maybe she wanted someone well educated, also wealthy etc. Who knows?

I absolutely do judge women who pursue relationships with married men, particularly when said married man has a heavily pregnant wife. And yes, I judge the men too.

Also if you loom at pictures of CH with Beverley and then when he's been with Geri a while he's had a makeover for sure.

She's a chameleon, I've got a friend just like her. Changes her entire look and personality according to who she's in a relationship with.

And posting a birthday message to her step daughter from her and Christian??? He's her Dad ffs. She's a piece of work and I feel very sorry for Christian's ex partner having to cope with them both.

I genuinely don't get why that's an issue?

She looks fantastic, she has a lovely voice, her life looks balanced and family oriented and frankly it's testament to someone who has worked her socks off and is now enjoying the fruit of her labour. Happy for Geri!

Geri was well known as being the most financially savvy in the Spice Girls and therefore will have made sensible decisions about making her earnings go far I guess.

Mine got deleted too - god knows why - I think I said she’d had work done on her face - which she has done! What’s the harm saying that?!

Well she was in the year below me at school and she says she's a year younger than me now... And her accent is the same as most girls who went to Watford Girls' Grammar.

I didn't go there myself but quite a few of my friends did and knew her.

I DID go to WGGS and have spent twenty years telling people she is exactly as old as she says she is. It's a real lesson in how frequently repeated rumours become accepted as fact.

And her accent was definitely a Watford one.
