Things you enjoy which are supposed to be terrible

I'm inspired by a thread about ""Nice" Things That Aren't Actually Nice" over on the AIBU board.

I'd love to know about things you (secretly or not-so-secretly) love which you're "supposed" to find dull, inconvenient, or just plain crap.

For me: the cheapest tinned vegetables, replacement bus services (nicer view sometimes!), Travelodges.

There are a number of other tv shows I also totally love that tend to be looked down on by others.

You can keep your Attenboroughs and your top-drawer BBC period dramas - I genuinely prefer to watch an old Bullseye on Challenge and be there on the edge of my seat, itching to find out whether they win the speed boat on top of keeping all their prizes (teasmade, novelty Mickey Mouse landline phone, his 'n' hers matching carriage clocks....); or lose the lot and go away with nothing but their BFH

The Goes Wrong Show - this should not be funny, and people I have recommended it to have told me it's not funny, but I find it hilarious; which makes no sense as I hate slapstick. It is one of the only things on television that makes me properly laugh.

Mashed potato made from powder or flakes. I add butter and cheese and eat it from a bowl.

Anything with powdered orange cheese.

I tend more to cheesy sitcoms and fantasy/sci if shows and really basic/easy to watch crime like murder she wrote, bones etc

But crack on and enjoy bullseye! (I loved it too back in the day) I also recently discovered and binge watched the hit list, not a fan of the hosts but love the game itself as I love music but I'm pretty crap with anything after 2010!
