What is the theme? At first glance the costume is slightly piratey, but theres a weird mask thing going on. Not sure what the mask is.

A steampunk pirate captain. I would assume that I was just not "informed" too old and uncool enough to know exactly who it is, but still think it's cool.

Amazing - but a bit scary - probably steampunk. Nazis didn't have red lined greatcoats, double brass buttons or weird hat with high front. Or wear gas masks all the time or wave weird gun things.
