Why not show him some real life Nazi uniforms -:the helmet shape, the weird "caps with erections", give him a quick historic but age-appropriate run-down on the atrocities, look at the respons to Duke of Sussex's costume blunder and how it came back to haunt him? Then tell him you have no intention of allowing him to blight his future by blundering into a horrible mistake. He must choose something that has no clear elements of the uniforms of the regime that killed millions and set the world in fire. That's reasonable, surely?

What about one of the Space Wolves, ( my favourite marines, I used to paint the figures for DH, hs mates and our kids to play with.) The necromunda gangs would be another good option.

I paint warhammer and none of mine resemble the one that you said your son wants to complain as. He definitely has MANY other choices that aren't so "world war"/Nazi looking. I would ask him to consider something else. A picture on social media in a few years of his particular warhammer will not age well.
The blue character you posted in your third post is more appropriate looking and also stands out more to be as warhammer, rather than the Nazi looking ones.
