Coffee and cigs

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 27/04/2021 16:52

In the week I have full-fat Greek yoghurt with two tablespoons each of pomegranate seeds and really nutty muesli. If there are no pomegranate seeds,I'll have a wee drizzle of acacia honey instead. I'm a creature of habit and this hasn't changed for years - my weekend breakfasts are a bit more changeable.

wendz86 · 27/04/2021 16:53

Greek yoghurt and strawberries or blueberries. At the weekend i sometimes have bacon and egg or bacon sandwich.

HerRoyalRisesAgain · 27/04/2021 16:54

This morning I just had fruit as I wasn't very hungry.
Others I have weetabix with a variety of toppings (not baked beans)
Muesli with Greek yoghurt
Bacon butties
Boiled egg and soldiers
Granola
Porridge
Pancakes
Breakfast burrito (sausage, Bacon and egg all wrapped up in a wholemeal tortilla)

Hyperion100 · 27/04/2021 16:54

2-3 eggs on wholemeal toast with marmite
Banana
Coffee

Ostryga · 27/04/2021 16:56

Black coffee!

I don’t tend to eat until 11ish as no time. If I do have breakfast it’ll be toast/porridge/scrambled eggs etc. Bog standard fare really.

Quornflakegirl · 27/04/2021 16:56

I go between
Small bowl of oats with chopped banana.
2 poached eggs on 2 slices danish bread
A whole avocado spread on two slices danish bread.
Plus a coffee.
I have this at 9am and have lunch at 2pm.

Mrsbclinton · 27/04/2021 16:56

Overnight oats with berries might have scrambled eggs at the weekend.

Chemenger · 27/04/2021 16:57

Coffee (half-caf), muesli with either grapes or half a mango and natural yogurt. I have a glass of water when I get to work (having walked to the spare room).

FindingMeno · 27/04/2021 16:57

2 coffees.
If I eat breakfast I don't stop eating all day!!

rainingonme · 27/04/2021 17:01

I am a pescatarian but if you fry smoked salmon it tastes like a bacon sandwich - (house smells bad after though!!)

merryhouse · 27/04/2021 17:03

oats soaked overnight in greek yoghurt (don't bother cooking, have always preferred them cold) with cinnamon and raisins
after the gym: poached egg on toast and marmite (sometimes sauteed mushrooms instead of marmite)

3peassuit · 27/04/2021 17:03

Porridge with blueberries.

PurpleDaisies · 27/04/2021 17:04

LindaEllen · 27/04/2021 17:13

Two pieces of toast with butter and marmite, a tea and an actimel. Every day.

I'm so exciting.

Ginevere · 27/04/2021 17:14

Green smoothie!

  • frozen spinach
  • frozen kale
  • frozen pineapple
  • frozen avocado
  • banana
  • collagen liquid
  • wheatgrass powder
  • scoop of protein powder

Blitz it all with water. I started doing it about three months ago after realising I wasn’t getting enough fruit and veg and I feel so much better on it. As there is so much frozen stuff in it it’s lovely and thick.

GrannyWeatherwaxsBroomstick · 27/04/2021 17:18

Oats with oat milk and fruit

SomethingNastyInTheBallPool · 27/04/2021 17:23

Big dollop of full-fat Greek yoghurt with low sugar granola and a teaspoon of raspberry jam.

linerforlife · 27/04/2021 17:27

I also have a green smoothie, which makes me feel like Gwyneth Paltrow when actually I'm 17 stone. Spinach, kiwi, mango (all frozen), 100ml of kefir, collagen powder, tablespoon of linseed and some water. Tastes just the same as a mango smoothie to be honest, I love it!!

WellTidy · 27/04/2021 17:27

Workong from home right now, so if I have anything, it’s an oat milk latte. It’s surprisingly filling. If I were going to work, I’d buy an almond croissant from Pret, which is possibly what contributed to me gaining well nearly a stone and a half in eight months at one point.
