Buttocks - do you wash yours?

Just sat in the bath and realised that unless I am in the shower, I never wash my buttocks. I always always wash my bum crack but not my actual buttocks. I wash once sometimes twice a day so generally not a mucky bugger but my poor neglected buttocks.

I am now convinced that if I give them a good scrub everyday my bum will surely rival a peach

Are you bonkers? Of course you wash all your bits — hopefully using some sort of scrubber (which needs to be chucked in washing machine and replaced, frequently) . Did you miss the oldie but goody behind your ears, in the ears, neck etc.? What about belly button? Toes? Srcub under nails? Eek.

Of course people wash their buttocks. It's harder to avoid them!

Everyone obviously washes their buttocks in the shower, but why do you all feel the need to do so in addition to showering?

I wash my bum in the shower or in the bath but I feel no need to wash it on other occasions during the day. That would be a bit bonkers.

Now i think about it I probably don't do the cheeks all the time 😂. I have mega sensitive skin so if i did that daily with soap id be in a worse state lol.

So, we’ve had people not washing their legs in the shower and now we’ve got people not washing buttocks in the bath.
Next I’ll be reading that people don’t wash between their toes either !!

Unless I've missed something and the reason some people take so long in the loo is because they give their bum a thorough wash every time they go.....

I have a scrubber. Lots of scrubbers. And I wash my toes, belly button and behind the ears. But its quite hard to reach buttocks in the bath and I dont really think of them. Though they do get washed in the shower so not totally neglected.

I'm baffled how people that claim to take only 2 or 3 minutes in the shower can possibly wash their entire body properly. Hair wash, arms, legs, chest, back, buttocks, underarms, groin, feet including between toes, face - how do they (you) do it? Is it not really 2 minutes after all, or does "wash" just mean "get soapy & wet". I take a lot longer in the shower, 2 minutes is barely enough just for my face & back!

Unless they are actually visibly dirty (the mind boggles!) why would you need to 'scrub' your buttocks in the bath?

Also, how much are people washing their bodies, if once a day in the shower isn't enough?!

I like my bath water hot, so my buttocks get a good blanching on the way in.

Gotta admit I don’t specifically wash my buttocks in the shower I lather up my shoulder and back and just assume the soap will run down to the buttock.

I give my butt crack and undercarriage a quick squirt with the shower hose.

I use one of the Korean scrub mitt things (excellent recommendation MN) on my actual cheeks. I am "blessed" in the bottom department and it can rub against clothes and get sore if I don't keep it exfoliated.

Just to clarify I mean that I dont wash my buttocks in the bath but I do in the shower. I do not wash them at any other time. How dirty can they be?!
