I love these threads. Am also trying to at more fruit and veg so hoping for inspiration. Today I had

Aldi frosty flakes, pomegranates and raspberries with semi skimmed milk

2 biscuits

5 aldi gourmet crackers, cheese, red pepper hummus, chilli jam, slice of ham, grapes, carrot batons and cucumber sticks

Halloumi in bread roll with caramelized onion hummus, lettuce and chilli jam, sweet potato fries on side

Half reg chip From chip shop
Butter bean and sausage stew with garlic bread
Half bottle of red wine

Today was

No breakfast as woke up very very late!

Chicken wrap with garlic sauce and salad for lunch, and a milka mini cake thingy for afters

Half a medium caramel latte on way to work

Aldi popcorn bar after group

Aldi iced cappuccino when got home

Homemade thai curry, half micro packet of rice, mini naan bread and tsp of mango chutney
5x mini frozen reeses cups
2 glasses prosecco

Full now!

Homemade smoothie
Hummus and halloumi in a brioche roll
Cherry bakewell digestive thingy
Crackers and hummus
Leftover thai curry and rice, mini naan, mango chutney and prosecco

Halloumi roll with hummus and chilli jam.

Carrot sticks and morrocan hummus at 3pm

Few crackers and hummus at 6pm

Half of aldi sri lankan pizza at 9pm, prosecco and 2x salted caramel cookies

So far...
Marmite and vegan butter on seeded toast
Glass of orange squash

Half a smallish bag of salted cashews

I’m going out for lunch which will he bang bang cauliflower noodle salad, possibly with coffee and some sort of cake after.

Dinner is going to be saag aloo with extra tofu and naan bread.

Yesterday I had a lot of black coffee. I ate a jacket potato with grated cheese and salad (cucumber, lettuce, carrot, tomarto, peppers) at dinner and for tea had scrambled eggs (3 medium eggs, splash semi skimmed milk) and toast, with nearly a whole pack of cherry tomatoes. Also one of those tiny weak bottles of lager.

Mint cooler from Costa
Few slices dominos
Prosecco

No fruit and veg, better day planned today! Although i have kicked the day off with a cereal bar and a cole grom McDonald's while shopping hmm

Breakfast:
Costa Cappuccino
Supermarket croissant

Lunch:
the other croissant from the packet
an apple
half a cream cheese bagel thin (baby's lunch)
can of pepsi max

About 5 glasses of water.

Very unhealthy but its too hot to think/cook amd DS2 is grouchy in the heat.

(the good thing about having a weaning baby is that I'll have to steam some vegetable for later on)

Today has been

Raspberry,strawberry, blackberry and banana smoothie and a granola bar

Cup of tea

Wrap with sour cream dip on, fajita sliced chicken and salad

Sweet and sour chicken stir fry, glass prosexxo, handful of sweeta

Low on calories for me so msy have some chocolate of some kind lwter

Breakfast- 2 slices of multi seed toast

Lunch - 2 x boiled eggs, baby leaf salad, red onion, tomatoes

Trying to stay at 1200 calories per day to shift some weight. According to MFP the above has taken me way above cholesterol for the day...

Dinner ,- Cajun chicken breast with roasted peppers/onions/courgettes
