I love these threads. Am also trying to at more fruit and veg so hoping for inspiration. Today I had

Aldi frosty flakes, pomegranates and raspberries with semi skimmed milk

2 biscuits

5 aldi gourmet crackers, cheese, red pepper hummus, chilli jam, slice of ham, grapes, carrot batons and cucumber sticks

Halloumi in bread roll with caramelized onion hummus, lettuce and chilli jam, sweet potato fries on side

Bavk on the diet today so:

Homemade soup (onion, carrot, rice) and a bit of smoked mackerel. This was breaky and lunch as I got up late.

A baked potato, half tin of baked beans and som tinned ham for dinner.

Apple to snack.

Will probably have porridge for supper.

Loads of crap today, but it is my birthday and my dad has been taken into hospital, so needed cheering up!

Bacon sandwiches and tea for breakfast/brunch
Chinese takeaway for dinner.
I’m now drinking wine and eating chocolate!

It’s been a really spectacularly shit day!

Oats layered with yoghurt, apple and raspberry. 2 mugs tea. 3 small coffees with sweetener and skimmed milk. Slice whole wheat toast, 2 poached eggs, fried tomatoes, peppers, courgette, mushrooms and spinach. Orange, nectarine and apricot. 3 small coffees. Mug of tea, Skinny Whip bar and satsuma. 60g whole wheat pasta, roasted butternut, plum tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and courgette. 2 small coffees. 2 mugs of tea. Chilli crackers, pear and sugar free jelly.

D - Vegetable Tagine left over from yesterday with pitta bread.

Very bad day today

2 weetabix this morning

Then chip shop chips and a large battered sausage.

Im on a diet.... Ffs....

But been on lockdown and been indoors for over 4 months and was the first time we went out to the chip shop 😬

Will be good again tomorrow 💪

Yesterday,
B: granola with milk, banana and strawberries
L: leftover quiche and salad, plus an apricot
D: feta stuffed courgette (others had fish) with baby potatoes, peas and broccoli.
Two squares of dark chocolate. I'm sure I also had some shortbread and a chocolate biscuit but can't quite remember 😂

Boiled eggs, avocado and tomatoes for 'breakfast' (at 1pm!)
Two slices of ham dipped into pesto around 5pm
