I love these threads. Am also trying to at more fruit and veg so hoping for inspiration. Today I had

Aldi frosty flakes, pomegranates and raspberries with semi skimmed milk

2 biscuits

5 aldi gourmet crackers, cheese, red pepper hummus, chilli jam, slice of ham, grapes, carrot batons and cucumber sticks

Halloumi in bread roll with caramelized onion hummus, lettuce and chilli jam, sweet potato fries on side

Today: tried making kale pesto for the first time and had that with linguine and courgette ribbons and Parmesan, it was delicious. Supper was grilled aubergines with mozzarella, salad, sauté potatoes (leftover roasties from yesterday) and spinach.

Breakfast: slice of toast buttered
Lunch: avocado on toast
Dinner: baked sweet potato with 'coronation chick peas' (some sort of vegan version of coronation chicken) with a tiny bit of salad.
Just ate a chocolate mousse that was going cheap in M&S petrol station earlier.
Other snacks: a couple of sweet potato falafal type things, 2 chocolate hob nobs dipped in tea

D - falafals with Greek salad and pitta

Will have a cup of tea in a minute with a 2 finger kit kat Smile

Nothing apart from a massive bowl of chocolate ice cream for dinner.

7am 2 brioches
10am slice of toast buttered
about 4pm vegetables and noodles microwave meal
Drank about 500ml water and 2 mugs of warm squash

Do t eat breakfast. Grilled Calamari salad for lunch. Just debating what to have for dinner. Maybe just a glass of Sauv Blanc as it’s so hot.

This evening fabulous meal at beachside seafood restaurant.

Scallops on a cauliflower purée with black pudding crumb.
Tempura bream with Wakame seaweed salad.
Dark chocolate and coconut parfait.

Ate like crap today!

9:30 coffee
1:45 3 egg omelett, 3 mushrooms and a sprinkle of cheese (ate about half of it)

6:00 starter: bruschetta
Main: tagliatelle with pork, leek and cherry tomatoes

10:20 a bit of leftover pasta from tea

Also been snacking on Krispy Kreme donuts all day... my downfall 🤷🏼‍♀️

-Overnight oats with Greek yog and frozen berries
-Plum and a satsuma

  • Half an Aldi french lentils sachet with mixed leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and goats cheese
Small bread crust to snack whilst making dinner
  • Gnocchi with spinach, tomato sauce m and roast mushroom peppers onions, and leftover grated goats cheese
  • Small Aldi choc bar

(I'm slightly overweight so this is too much food)

7 rosemary crackers and carsmelised onion hummus

1/2 aldi sri lankan pizza

2 glasses prosecco, bag of jelly cherries

Leftover chicken and veg cous cous, jced latte from aldi

2 crackers and some hummus, 3 jelly cherries, 4 chocolate buttons

Chorizo pasta bake and salad, prosecco, cherry bakewell slice

4 more jelly cherries!!

Yogurt x 2
Gousto chicken pie

Really wanted more chocolate but resisted the urge to go to the shop

L - English muffin with prawns, banana

D - Steak, new potatoes, broccoli, sweetcorn. Fun size Twirl.

Water throughout the day.

Dinner: steak, mushrooms, green beans, tinned potatoes, fruit for dessert.
