I love these threads. Am also trying to at more fruit and veg so hoping for inspiration. Today I had

Aldi frosty flakes, pomegranates and raspberries with semi skimmed milk

2 biscuits

5 aldi gourmet crackers, cheese, red pepper hummus, chilli jam, slice of ham, grapes, carrot batons and cucumber sticks

Halloumi in bread roll with caramelized onion hummus, lettuce and chilli jam, sweet potato fries on side

L- chicken and cheese omelette with mixed veg
D- steak with roasted veg

I’ve had some cheesies and a little bag of haribo as snacks

Porridge with spoon of hot choc powder in, orange juice
Halloumi in bread roll with hummus, lemon yogurt

Leftover chilli and rice
Few maltesers, 2 glasses prosecco

Bad day today.

B - 2x coffee. 1 slice toast with Jam.
Cup of tea
L - 6 fish fingers dipped in mayonnaise.
Sparkling in water.
2 cups of tea.
D - Spaghetti Bolognese.
Sparkling water.
2 cups of tea. 2 packets mini choc fingers.
1 cup camomile.

B: granola, yoghurt, raspberries; slice of toast and Marmite, black coffee, pink grapefruit juice.
Elevenses: black coffee, half a cheese scone. In a café!
L: smoked fish and broccoli crumble, green beans and chard, in a pub!
Teatime: bit of baguette with Marmite, tea.
Supper: tomato and red pepper soup, bits of baguette, cheese. Glass of red wine. Little lemon cheesecake thing, tea.

D: vegan sausage rolls with chips and beans

B:gluten free equivalent of weetabix, milk, 2 Earl Grey tea

L: Homemade soup (asparagus, spinach, onion, broccoli, celery) with a sprinkle of grated cheese on top. Greek yoghurt with a drizzle of honey.

D: Stir fry chicken with peppers, onion, courgettes, water chestnuts, jasmine rice.

S: 2 rice cakes, strawberries

Plus 2 litres water, 1 can rhubarb seltzer, assorted teas & coffees

B: Cup of coffee
L: Cup of coffee, diet coke
D: lentil, mushroom and spinach quesadilla with home made guacamole and a side salad (eaten at 6pm as was starving)

Lots of water. Not sure what happened today, was super busy. May have some chocolate later.

Breakfast - was meant to be eggs baked in hash browns but the potato part was awful! So had the eggs, some streaky bacon and 2 slices of white toast.
Lunch - packet of mini cheddars and a a choc chip snack a jack. Can of Pepsi max.
Dinner - 3 bean chill and rice with a little cheese on top.
No snacks yet but having a couple of beers -really should have something green!🍻

First thing - Glass of water and cup of coffee
Breakfast - weetabix with semi skimmed milk, banana and orange juice
Morning snack - apple and cup of tea
Lunch - chicken sandwich and salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and peppers) packet of baked crisps and a cup of tea
Tea - pork steak, chips and veg
Evening snack - weightwatchers chocolate bar and cup of tea.

Drink water through out the day.

A piece of toast with jam and halloumi.
About three or four coffees.
Half a cheese and coleslaw sandwich
Half an apple danish, tea
2 chicken goujons-kids were at a friend's and I picked.
See also baby's leftover cornetto.
Roast pork belly, tomato salad.

B: Greek yogurt with strawberries, mango + granola

L: cheese and spinach wrap, cucumber sticks, tomatoes
Yoghurt with honey

Lemon shortbread biscuit
Apple with peanut butter

D: burnt aubergine chilli with rice and guacamole
Two apricots

I'll also have some dark Lindt chocolate and a cup of tea when my 1 year old decides to go to sleep!!

B: 2 mugs of tea

L: salmon, prawn & avocado salad from local cafe that's just reopened, followed by half a slice of Victoria sponge

S: several mugs of tea to put me on until dinner plus a chicken dipper leftover from the kids

D: Thai fishcakes with sweet chilli dip & salad, plus the other half of Victoria sponge washed down with 2 glasses of wine 😋

Breakfast- porridge with banana and raisi

Lunch - beans and little sausages on toast with cheese

Dinner - salmon fillet, chickpeas, spinach and lentils

Snacks - Aldi poor man monster munch and wotsits. Handful of roasted nuts. Grapes. 2xcoffees

Such a random day.

4 x cups of tea
4 x cocktail sausages
1 x coffee
Sausage and random veg traybake and the end of a bag of frozen chips
Pain au chocolate & custard bread & butter pudding type thing
1 x coffee
2 x lindt balls
cheese on toast

loads of water throughout the day.

Definitely feeling the lack of fruit & veg!

D: tuna steak with avocado, jersey royal potatoes with butter, griddled prawns and asparagus in garlic butter.

Plus 3 litres of water, three cups of coffee with cream, and four glasses of wine Blush

B - smoothie using the dregs of the fridge ie pomegranates, grapes, satsuma and carrot. Not the best

D - coconut and lime pulled chicken in seeded wrap with salad and garlic sauce. Lemon farmhouse yogurt from aldi

Snack - one salted caramel cookie, a chorizo and gouda rollito thingy

T - 3 medium pepperoni pizza slices from dominos. Been craving it all week so had some tonight. Followed by some ben and Jerry's

2 glasses prosecco, just had another slice of pizza.

Am really trying to not get into the good or bad food argument and feel guilty. I eat well the rest of the time and obsessing doesnt help. Have already made a BlackBerry, banana, spinach, cherry and strawberry smoothie for the morning so can grab and go for a walk.

Also been shopping today in aldi as right next to work and bought some lovely food, so cheap too. Garlic and herb pork loins, Mediterranean chicken steaks, melt in the middle fish cakes. Am looking forward to experimenting and trying new things. I was planning on having leftover pizza for tea tomorrow but will see how I feel. If i dont fancy it and prefer something more nutritious i can do. Have lots of food in the cupboard, could do spicy chicken and jewelled couscous I guess. Will see how I feel. Am trying intuitive eating and its v. Weird not feeling guilty for eating!!

A snack of some mini fennel bread sticks.

Sweet potato curry with quinoa. Pineapple and pomegranate. Eight almonds, three Brazil nuts and a very small piece of very dark chocolate.

Breakfast - cereal (malted wheats)

Lunch - slice of mushroom & ricotta pizza, a piece of sausage roll & some cheese bread. Strawberries.

Dinner - a tuna salad (loads of different fresh veg chucked in, lemon seasoning. Don't know what I was thinking tbhConfused)
