I love these threads. Am also trying to at more fruit and veg so hoping for inspiration. Today I had

Aldi frosty flakes, pomegranates and raspberries with semi skimmed milk

2 biscuits

5 aldi gourmet crackers, cheese, red pepper hummus, chilli jam, slice of ham, grapes, carrot batons and cucumber sticks

Halloumi in bread roll with caramelized onion hummus, lettuce and chilli jam, sweet potato fries on side

Coco pops for breakfast
Salmon filet with noodles and edamame beans for lunch.
Two ham salad sandwiches for dinner.

As a public service, I'll list what I ate yesterday; it will make everyone else's consumption look very modest!
B: fruit and fibre, banana; slice of toast and Marmite, black coffee, pink grapefruit juice.
Elevenses: cappuccino, shortbread finger.
L: fry-up of a sausage and some potato left over from the night before, tomato and baked beans, slice of bread. Half a Chelsea bun just out of the oven, it was the runt of the litter!
Teatime: tea and a bun.
Supper: split pea dhal, aubergine and tomato curry, cucumber raita, brown rice, mini nan, lime pickle. Strawberries and nectarine with vanilla ice cream. A Bendicks mint. White wine.
This was by no means an unusually greedy day Smile

3 cups of coffee.

Then about 4pm 3 slices of wheat free bread and some Gorgonzola (I love smelly cheese even if cheese doesn’t love me)

And about 9pm a butternut squash and chick pea curry with rice (400 cal ready meal) with a bowl of broccoli, carrots and cauliflower

Breakfast:
Iced coffee with hazelnut almond milk creamer
Spinach, feta and egg wrap

Morning Snack:
Grapes and a clementine

Lunch:
Jacket potato topped with kale and cottage cheese

Afternoon Snack:
Hummus and cucumber slices

Dinner:
Veggie and goat cheese quesadillas with a side salad

Evening Snack:
Air popped popcorn with white cheddar seasoning.

Late late breakfast

Beans on toast with bacon

Pork kebab, mixed rice, homemade sweet corn fritters, little gem salad

Tiny bit of Cookie Dough ice cream

Breakfast - porridge with blueberries and strawberries (frozen)
Lunch - 5 cream crackers with halo pineapple cheese (so good!), cucumber, apple and a yeo valley Greek yoghurt.
Dinner - 2 chicken enchiladas with salad.

Snacks - nacho cheese and jalapeño mini cheddars, caramel chocolate fake magnum and some melon. Oh and 2 beers as no work tomorrow! 🙌🏻

D: Veggie burger with falafel, avo and oven roasted peppers, courgettes, red onion

After dinner snack: cherries and an apple

Don't eat breakfast.

Lunch was 2 slices of toast with marmite.

Dinner was oven-baked cod with puy lentils.

2 glasses of sauvignon.

B - 2 cups coffee & 1 small thin slice of wholemeal with butter and marmalade.

Orange squash

L - jacket potato with poached salmon, dill and salad.

2 cups tea and a chocolate digestive.

Muller Bliss Strawberry

Dinner - 1/2 M&S madras with Naan.

Camomile tea.

Can't remember what I had for breakfast? A protein bar and half an apple I think.

Lunch was half a bap with avocado and tuna mayo

Afternoon snack was the other half of the bap.

Dinner was spaghetti bolognese, handful of cashews and a few pieces of dark chocolate.

B- Keto hazelnut bar as I had to grab something quick
L- BBQ chicken legs from the hot chicken counter at Tesco
D- chicken wrapped in Parma ham with cheese on top with lots of mixed veg and corn on the cob with a dollop of butter on

I had some cheesies as a snack.

Bacon sandwich with lean bacon and wholemeal bread, an apple and a black coffee

A banana and a cappuccino

Chicken breast and HP Sauce cob (roll, bap, breadcake, barm etc.) and a packet of Aldi 'Wotsits', can of Irn Bru

1 Jaffa cake and a cup of tea

Jacket spud with beans and cheese.

Vodka and lemonade

1/4 of a baguette with cream cheese and spring onions.

3 rice cakes with tuna mayo and tomatoes on top. Half a tin of cream of tomato soup.

Tiny bowl of macaroni cheese with onion.

More tea. Glass of water.

Wine.

Carrot batons and hummus

Seeded wrap with coconut chicken, salad and garlic sauce. Skinny whip bar.

Chilli, rice and sour cream. Glass of wine and sugar free jelly

Crackers and hummus

Had a hungry day yesterday!

Breakfast - 2 slices white toast with butter and apricot jam.
Lunch (with the grandparents) - ham and egg salad with coleslaw and potato salad. Bowl of trifle.
Dinner - homemade pizza with chorizo and olives
Snacks - One finger of twirl and grapes. There may be more later 😋

Some strawberries and a yoghurt at lunch time (one of ‘protein’ ones, I think they’re actually quark?), and iced coffee.

Lasagne and salad for dinner, then some mango.

I’ve been in Zoom meetings all day so not many chances to eat!

Lunch was leftover cheesy mushroom pasta.

Dinner was veggies and dips, rice cakes and homemade raspberry and chocolate flapjacks.
