I love these threads. Am also trying to at more fruit and veg so hoping for inspiration. Today I had

Aldi frosty flakes, pomegranates and raspberries with semi skimmed milk

2 biscuits

5 aldi gourmet crackers, cheese, red pepper hummus, chilli jam, slice of ham, grapes, carrot batons and cucumber sticks

Halloumi in bread roll with caramelized onion hummus, lettuce and chilli jam, sweet potato fries on side

Didn't have breakfast as had a long lie Blush
L- 2x protein bagels with ham and cheese on top, melted under the grill, bag of baked Walkers s&v crisps
D- salmon rissoto
S- raspberries and yogurt and some ham straight out the packet Grin

We also ended up walking into town as beer gardens opened today so I had 2 gin and lemonades

B: 2 egg omelette with spinach, tomatoes and a small slice of smoked salmon

L: prawns in garlic with rocket, rocket, watercress and tomatoes. Bowl of mango, melon and strawberries with 2 spoons of Greek yoghurt

D: roast chicken breast, mini corn on the cob, asparagus and broccoli.

2 litres of water
2 homemade skinny cappuccinos.

B espresso (I'm not a morning person and often can't face food before work)

L M&S food to go pot - Moroccan squash/hummus type thing.
Raspberries.

D Steak pie, peas and carrots. Pie was big enough that we didn't need any side carbs.
And a small pot Greek yoghurt with blueberries (about an hour after dinner).

Blueberry bagel with butter.
Some dried mango.
Flaxseed wrap with leftover roasted salmon, houmous, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion and banana peppers
Quesadillas with spicy black beans, cheese, tomato + sour cream, guacamole and salsa on the side.
1 mini fruit ice cream bar thing.
1 row of dark chocolate squares.

A bit bread heavy, but the leftovers we happened to have just worked out that way.

B 3 coffees with skimmed milk.porridge made with skimmed milk and raspberries

L 4 ryvitas with tuna and cucumber mixed with reduced fat salad cream, packet of hoola hoops puft.

D homemade roast tomato soup with 2 sandwich thins and low fat spread.

A ready prep supermarket salad bowl. Had bits of walnuts, some other crunchy bits, some burgundy colored sauce, other bits, I dunno.

Half a green apple.

Half a Toblerone.

2 Dunkin' Donuts 'Cinnamon Roll' coffees with full fat milk.

I'll have a bit of pasta mixed with broccoli and chicken later.

I'm on day 2 of 16:8 so have to squash it all into a window.

4 small crackers and tbsp hummus

Thai curry and 2 mini naan breads, tbsp mango chutney

2 glasses of prosecco

I've had a very gluttonous, unhealthy day!
B- toast with nutella
L- tomato and basil pasta, pitiful salad (lettuce, red onion and cucumber)
S- chocolate chip muffin
D- chicken tikka, basmati rice and handful of DDs chips
I'm now drinking my 3rd tea of the day and eating digestives.
Must be due my period lol

Breakfast - porridge made with almond milk and cinnamon, apple, mixed berries and walnuts.

Lunch - tuna pasta with salad, grapes

Dinner - beef stir fry, 2 chocolate digestives

Drinks - 2 cups green tea, 2 cups normal tea (no sugar). 2 glasses orange squash. Lots of water.

Alcohol free gin & tonic before dinner with a handful almonds

Lunch - mushroom soup, carrot and cucumber sticks and an apple
Dinner - salmon and pea risotto
Snacks - a Nakd fruit bar, a rice cake with peanut butter
Drinks - water and one latte mid afternoon

7am 2 brioche rolls
about 3pm mushroom pasta microwave meal, 2 bourbon biscuits
10pm slice of baguette buttered

Drank about 500ml water, mug of warm squash, mug of tea.

I do eat more/ better and drink more when I am not at work. I get to work at 7am and get home between 9.30 and 10pm
