I love these threads. Am also trying to at more fruit and veg so hoping for inspiration. Today I had

Aldi frosty flakes, pomegranates and raspberries with semi skimmed milk

2 biscuits

5 aldi gourmet crackers, cheese, red pepper hummus, chilli jam, slice of ham, grapes, carrot batons and cucumber sticks

Halloumi in bread roll with caramelized onion hummus, lettuce and chilli jam, sweet potato fries on side

Breakfast - fat free yogurt with granola

Lunch - blueberries

Dinner - Vege burger, sweet potato, broccoli & sweetcorn

Snacks - slice of lemon drizzle Blush, half of DPs McDonald's french fries.

I did 2.5 hours on the exercise bike to hopefully burn off the cake/fries.

Drinks - water, lemon squash

B - smoothie of cherries, banana, spinach, raspberries, blackberries, strawberry and milk

D - brioche roll with chicken slices and halloumi, spinach and caramelised onion hummus

T - leftover dominos, few squares green and blacks

2 glasses prosecco, rosemary crackers and caramelised onion hummus yum

Breakfast - a crumpet

Lunch - quiche with salad, ham & home-made coleslaw

Snack - half bowl of chicken fried rice

Dinner - a mozzarella & tomato salad

L - half a cheese and cucumber sandwich, walkers salt and vinegar crisps.

Sparking water.

D- bbq - sausages, fries and homemade coleslaw.

2 x zero alcohol beers

No breakfast today.

Lunch was a baby leaf salad with tomatoes & cucumber, a slice of nice ham on the side

Snack - a crumpet

Dinner - chicken fajitas with peppers, mushrooms and homemade garlic mayo

Yesterday L: hot dog from a burger van with fried onions
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognaise with salad

2x coffee 2x tea and about 5l of water.

I had hypnosis a couple of weeks ago, and haven’t snacked and portions have quartered since. Smile

Breakfast scrambled egg and black beans

I missed lunch had a banana and a handful of cherry tomatoes

Dinner is chicken marinated in garlic and lemon, Mediterranean veg and rice.

Today is my first day of healthy eating normally it would be toast, biscuits and a pizza.

Breakfast a can of Coke Zero Blush
Lunch An egg mayo sandwich, some baby plum tomatoes, sparkling water
Snack A handful of honey roast cashews and peanuts, a crunchy and some fruit flavoured water

I've also had two large glasses of water.

Dinner will be Pasta with peas, Philadelphia and Chicken breast pieces.

B: 40g oats with ss milk
L: Chilli salmon fillet and boiled egg with salad. Then small pot of melon
D: Fried cod with carrots and green beans.

Snacks: S&V Snackajacks, 100g galaxy darker, Graze bar.

Two glasses of pinot.

Doing MyFitnessPal. Desperate to shift the lockdown lard. Walked 6 miles with the dog. Done 18000 steps today! Need to ditch the wine for any chance of successConfused

Ice, spinach, cherry, banana, strawberry and milk smoothie. Cereal bar

Carrot sticks and hummus around 11am

Leftover jewelled couscous for lunch, 2 aldi knock off bourbon biscuits

Crackers and hummus at 5pm

Tea was veg, chorizo and tomato pasta bake and homemade garlic bread at 9pm. It made 5 portions from 3 portions of pasta (lots of veg to bulk up). 1 glass of prosecco. Square of chocolate while waiting for dinner to cook.
