Morning all, well the cafe thread is just about full so here's the new thread.

Just a reminder Florence has made pastries over night, the garden is open with the sensory garden, the cat area (with catnip bush) is available and feel free to cool your feet int the water feature.

Well to in keeping with @MinnieMountaini's holiday vibe I thought waffles and icecream for breakfast. Florence is on Waffles duty and Fernando is making iced cocktails.

I'm not sure whether to start with a lemonade float or a dame blanche.

Oh no I missed out on toasties yesterday! I would have had cheese and mushroom.

Waffles for me please. In real life I was hungover on Sunday and ordered a pizza and I'm still bloated from it today so eating melon as it's nice and light.

How is everyone? All the kids back to school?

The supermarket had shut early IRL yesterday (must have been 8pm instead of 10pm) so I got scampi, chips and mushy peas, leftovers are breakfast

Waffles go with everything, they are like pancakes in that way.

@MinnieMountain I am child free thank goodness. Can't imagine having to deal with Knobhead and kids 🙈 I am a childminder though, one of the kids is back since last week and the other is back for two days this and then not back for another week! I'm not in the UK though.

Vanilla ice cream.

Afternoon all , my shifts have changed so I will be missing for breakfast for a bit.

Swaping shifts will bugger up my routine but I am going from early to lates , 5am - 4 pm to 12 - 8pm which isn't to bad , I hate doing it the other way round finishing at 8pm and staring at 5am is a bugger as I have a hr travling each way .

How are the kitten bees doing , o havnt had a chance to see them for a while.

OK so we have people on holiday, changing shifts etc so I'll set Florence on all day breakfasts and I'll do some 'breakfast in a bag' of a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese, fruit juice, fruit and a yoghurt.

Fernando can make cocktails to go, but if you are working get a mocktail.

@AlCalavicci I'll leave a kitten bee carrier next to your breakfast bag (with the door open so they can explore), it has little beds in a food so you can close the door and take a couple to work. It's probably best to not let them out at your work but they will be fine, I'll pop some toys in.
