She seems cold and untrustworthy. Her speech is full of words such as ‘compassion’ but I feel she isn’t worthy of addressing the nation like this in view of how she’s behaved.

I think today’s performance has made people’s minds up about her who were on the fence

Indeed where has she been... the way she has been waffling on....it seems as if she has been in a bubble.

midsomermurderess · 11/04/2020 17:00

'I'm sorry if you were upset'. Good grief.

“Working virtually every day, seven days a week, three days a week“

What?

mommydragon · 11/04/2020 17:01

She sounds defensive....

diege · 11/04/2020 17:01

The dropped 'g's very distracting...policin', movin', distancin' ...
Hardly the end of the world but I was irritated before she started! Blush

TheReluctantCountess · 11/04/2020 17:02

Yes, undertakin’ and persuin’.

midsomermurderess · 11/04/2020 17:02

The way she drops her 'g's drives me mad.

Confusedbutheyho · 11/04/2020 17:02

Workin’ policin’

I was thinking the exact same, how jarring!

She’s completely out of her depth and just extremely unlikeable. As a PP said; her defence mechanism seems to be to attack.

mommydragon · 11/04/2020 17:05

There seems to be a pause after her answer where she keeps asking the journalists if there was anything else ... I think there is a pause because they are still trying to make some sense of her reply. And I too feel a headache coming on... amazing.

TheReluctantCountess · 11/04/2020 17:05

Rude scribbling out of something in her book there.

Nolie100 · 11/04/2020 17:06

She seems to be chewing the inside of her mouth, trying to suppress that natural smirk.

mommydragon · 11/04/2020 17:08

Awful disease... this disease... this Coronovirus... 3 phrases she is using instead of 1 to expand her replies and make them confusing.

VideographybyLouBloom · 11/04/2020 17:08

Lad Bible!?! You can tell it’s Easter weekend 🤣

midsomermurderess · 11/04/2020 17:08

Scoring through the last questioner's name I think Countess.

LynetteScavo · 11/04/2020 17:09

This is why they haven't let her out before.

thebridgelooksbroken · 11/04/2020 17:11

Not a genuine bone in her body (not to mention a brain). Ghastly and cold, really what have we done to deserve her?

TheReluctantCountess · 11/04/2020 17:11

@midsomermurderess that’s what I assumed too. It seemed dismissive and rude to me. She smirked as she did it.

mommydragon · 11/04/2020 17:11

Grain and spirit... guidance and guidelines 😁😁😁 I am listening for every repeat phrase she is using. Empower and giving them powers.

midsomermurderess · 11/04/2020 17:12

I agree, Countess.

petalpower · 11/04/2020 17:13

I’m not surprised she hasn’t led the briefing before if this is what she was going to be like. Dreadful.

I’m a bit concerned that she’s going to fall over when she turns around - her shoes look like they are too big. I think she’s borrowed them to make her taller to reach the lectern. 😬

petalpower · 11/04/2020 17:15

Lots of words that don’t say anything at all.
