  1. Sorted out and fenced our front garden so we had somewhere outside to sit not in full view of the neighbours
  2. Had a bikini wax
  3. Had my acrylic nails removed
  4. Encouraged DP to get a haircut before it was too late. His hair grows ridiculously fast and he won’t let me touch it

Met the fit guy off a Tinder 😜

VickyEadieofThigh · 29/03/2020 10:41

Got my hair cut. My partner has had a crack at it for me, however, and she hasn't done a bad job at all.

HasaDigaEebowai · 29/03/2020 10:42

Bit confused by people talking about Easter chocolate. We can still buy that?

Yes but whilst some of this stuff can be bought in the supermarkets, lots of us are not going out at all, not even to supermarkets

HasaDigaEebowai · 29/03/2020 10:43

I wish I'd bought more compost. And planted more fruit trees last year.

Sunshine1239 · 29/03/2020 10:45

Sorted dds passport - need signature and photo sorting

If holidays are back in come August I’ll have to opt for one week fast track

QuimReaper · 29/03/2020 10:47

@Straycatstrut Don't keep your potatoes in the fridge! You'll get away with it for a little while but at some point they'll go disgustingly sweet and your chips will taste like they've been sprinkled in sugar Envy

tangledhair · 29/03/2020 10:49

Gone home with the man I had dinner with, in fact all the men I've had dinner with

NeedToKnow101 · 29/03/2020 10:50

Over Xmas hols, gone on a winter sun holiday, either Canary Isles or further afield this winter, as I had intended to..
Visited Venice and Pompeii and Lisbon anytime in the last few years (in case I never get to see these places now).

Celebrated my big birthday properly with a party instead of fairly low key (it was in January).

Got my hair cut.

Wish I had sorted out a complicated inheritance/ property situation sooner, instead of letting it drag out to appease a family member. That doesn't really matter though tbh.

IOnlyWannaBeWithYou · 29/03/2020 10:53

Had my hair cut. I kept putting it off.

Devlesko · 29/03/2020 10:53

Had a family gathering and hugged them all. Sad

OkMaybeNot · 29/03/2020 10:53

Got Samsung out to look at my washing machine. Keeps coming up with a motor error and I have to recalibrate it every few days.

I think it's going to go completely which means washing clothes in the bloody bath.

Aufgehts · 29/03/2020 10:55

Side note but it's surprisingly easy to cut your own hair at home (at least for curly hair, not sure about straight hair). There are a lot of tutorials on YouTube.

Probably not the best idea for anything drastic or a big change but definitely doable for a trim. And if you mess it up, it'll likely grow out before we're all out lockdown.

Destinysdaughter · 29/03/2020 10:58

Bought a new, bigger freezer. The prices have now been hiked up and on the Argos website they say they will deliver within 99 days!

GameSetMatch · 29/03/2020 10:58

Bought more leggings for the boys, they’re refusing jeans and their leggings have holes in the knees.

Bought underpants for my youngest, want to potty train him.

SpokeTooSoon · 29/03/2020 11:02

Stockpiled hair dye!

Topseyt · 29/03/2020 11:02

I really, really wish I had gone to visit my parents early this year. They are in their eighties and my Dad at least is in the "shielded" category (COPD).

I had been going to visit in April. No chance of being able to go for some time now. I just hope that they don't get ill and I do actually see them both again, before it is too late. Until then all we can do is phone each other regularly (no Skype or Facetime, as they don't do computers or internet).

Lovemusic33 · 29/03/2020 11:06

Our fence is down too and now won’t be sorted, neighbours garden is a mess and makes mine look awful.

Wish I had cleared some garden waste from the garden as tips are now closed and green bin collections have now stopped.

Wish I had bought more plants and seeds (struggling to get them now).

Wish I had hugged my mum Sad and my Nan.

Bioprepper · 29/03/2020 11:10

Veg seeds and bulbs for the garden. So we could grow some things. We have salad seeds and a bit of my compost is ready but that’s about it.

Everything else we had as DH is at risk so we tried to prepare just incase the worst happened.

catecake · 29/03/2020 11:12

Got my hearing aid Sad

Had my referral appointment on 16th audiologists said it would take a couple of days, now it could be months.

AreWeAnywhereNear · 29/03/2020 11:13

Sent the DSs to get a haircut, the 15 year old is starting to look like a sheep 🙈

Shannith · 29/03/2020 11:13

Let my horse have her head when she was pratting about the last time I rode her.

Should have ridden like the wind!

RufustheLanglovingreindeer · 29/03/2020 11:17

Started the back garden a bit earlier

We had all the turf removed and it ‘flattened’ at the beginning of march

Top soil ordered for last Thursday...obviously didn’t turn up which was perfectly understandable

Turf ordered for nest thursday....please see above

Our back garden looks like a prison yard

Oh and the dust!!!

OldLace · 29/03/2020 11:18

Moved house and Schools

got medical tests done

car to garage

dentist, optician, haircuts

NeedToKnow101 · 29/03/2020 11:23

Oh and got my new glasses..

LIZS · 29/03/2020 11:24

Thanks @socksmcgraw . I do have a gel eye mask, as a hot/cold compress, but was overdue an eye check anyway. Will look into it again when gp surgery is more accessible.
