Looking forward to some interesting store cupboard creations!

Ours is nachos with pulled pork on top with Mexican spiced (probably completely inauthentic) rice. Pork and rice both from previous meals and out of the freezer, will add a tin of sweetcorn and maybe kidney beans depending on whether it looks enough (large family)

Crisps and dips bought this week as they were pretty much the only aisles that still contained food.

Carb heavy but I don’t care, I’ve had to cancel my wedding 😭

Salmon and courgette Alfredo and some courgette fritters. I’m usually this enthusiastic at the beginning of the week and then by Friday it’s fish and chips all round 😆

DC are having a veggie chilli with nachos tonight, I made a big batch when I had some energy yesterday as I knew today would be a bitch at work.
DH and I are having celeriac soup (homemade but from the freezer) with Aldi’s finest sourdough. I bloody love sourdough.

Toad in the hole, mash, peas, carrots and broccoli, and loads of gravy! Can’t wait :)

I've made homemade chips tonight with vegan burgers and salad for everyone but I've got a vannila alpro yogurt as I'm having a chrones flare up and I can't be bothered to make soup and don't really fancy it either 😞 x

Lidl lobsters , chips, salad, garlic mayo and crusty bread.

Bean and tomato stew. We had never had it before. It was underwhelming.

Baked butternut squash, marinated courgette and salmon with garlic and lemon. I made tomato and basil bruschetta to start.

Tonight we’re having tacos with spicy rice and beans.

We are going to make pizza tonight, DH has a pizza oven in the garden he likes to play with & our little dc like making pizza.

On mine I will have red onion, mushroom, chorizo slices and a good drizzle of chilli oil...

Tonight I'm making a vegan chicken and mushroom pie , mash potatoes , roast potatoes , cauliflower cheese , green beans and purple sprouting broccoli, vegan Yorkshire puddings (115g plain flour ,heaped teaspoon gram flour ,285 no soya milk for gluten free add xhamtham gum and use GF flour) and roasted carrots xx

Tonight I'm doing teriyaki salmon with noodles and stir fried veg.

DC are having salmon and wedges tonight, probably sweet corn and/or peas.
DH and I are having halloumi stew and the end of the sourdough, need to go and get it on now so it has time to sit for a bit.

No idea - I have a bloody migraine and have just had weak tea and paracetamol today. Bugger.

Stir fried fish on rice for us tonight. . . enjoy your teriyaki salmon Waxonwaxoff!

Homemade nan breads with lamb kebabs and lamb and pepper stir fry, salad and chutney (maybe chips, not decided yet)

Chicken Katsu curry, maybe with rice but probably with chips, plus homemade pickles: since lockdown DH has become some kind of pickling hipster.

Birds eyes vegetarian burgers.... I'm not a vegetarian but I love these burgers, popped in a grilled brioche roll with some cheese & mayo, will probably have a few wedges with in. Yum.

DH is doing some sort of spiced potato and cheese bake with sausages. I wasn't feeling enthusiastic - sounded too rich, but it is smelling bloody lovely already.

Steak, with a creamy mushroom sauce, served with crispy potatoes and steamed vegetables.

DH yesterdays dahl, rice and a chapatti, DD2 smoked haddock chowder with samphire, me, nasty tuna salad. Tasted like catgood smells. Damn.

'It Tastes like Honey', for tea tonight, which is a chinese dish, a lovely marinaded lamb, with lots of stirfried veges, and on udon noodles. It's a very high treat indeed, and we're all looking forward to it.

We are working our way through a gin and tonic cake for dessert at the minute

We're having DS's favourite tonight. Nando's chicken, sweet potato fries, corn on the cob and grilled halloumi salad.
