Which Famous people have you met?

I haven't ever met any famous people.

He is fabulous, and yes, v sexy. ( I didn't obvs, but so would! )

Lots of politicians but most famous would be Gordon Brown, Tony Blair, Jack McConnel and John major.

Emma Thompson- laughing like a drain, babe in arms and wine in hand... my kind of woman
Rod Stewart- multiple times, always pleasant
Andy and Judy Murray but not together.
Daniel Ricardo- my absolute favourite, such a lovely young man who took time to talk to F1 mad DS!

Doug Ellis when he was chairman of Aston Villa. I was about 12 and went on a stadium tour for a friend's birthday. We had lunch in the restaurant and he was in there. He was lovely to us.

In a similar vein, Gabby Agbonlahor in a Birmingham nightclub. He was really pleasant, bought myself and my friend a drink and posed for photos.

Aged 17, I won a Kerrang radio competition to go to the studio to see an intimate gig and meet an up and coming band, who turned out to be Kaiser Chiefs. They were funny.

Ron Atkinson lives near me and I often see him walking about.

My grandparents lived in Surrey when I was a child and we used to see the cricketer Alec Stewart in the local Tesco quite regularly.

Ooh @SimonJT just googled the lyrics, that’s intrigued me now! I actually used to really like their songs a few years ago but had forgotten about them til this thread! I love his voice. I bet there were some stories to tell from your time with him 😁

@augustusglupe I can't imagine maxine sat in first class, she seems very proud of being a normal northerner (which she is in many ways, as well as being completely extraordinary!)

I met Ella Henderson (X Factor) once! She was absolutely lovely.

Scott Mills - friendly, down to earth and very funny.
Fiona Bruce - quiet, polite.
James Dean Bradfield - arrogant.
Chris Moyles - slightly moody then thawed a bit so was ok, not rude.
Alex James - he was ahead of me in a supermarket kiosk queue. Polite and fairly chatty when the girl serving twigged who he was.
Joe Absolom used to drink in my local. Celebrity status in the eastenders years never seemed to phase or change him. V.normal, kept the same group of local friends.

Thought of another one, Mackenzie Crook at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Lovely, quiet guy.

He's - really funny and not as bonkers as you would expect. Time for everyone and friendly.

Paul Walker from Fast & Furious. He was the most gorgeous man I’d ever seen and really lovely. I was only 18 and utterly besotted.

Loads and loads, but due to work so not had fun with any of them.

Most famous was probably Donatella Versace. She's about 4 inches high and always surrounded by shouting gay Italians
