I often dream about flying but it’s not really the kind of swooping graceful type, more a rocket fuelled version. Quite indelicate and useful for bouncing over commuters.

That and salamanders.

I had a great dream the other night that I was involved in the rescue of a little grey terrier type dog. I named it Spanners and was a true hero.

But why would I pick this as a name? I have no affinity with spanners in real life at all. I can’t remember the last time I said ‘ooh pass me a spanner’ or even had a vague thought about one. Weird.

Gummy if you don't want him anymore we could just murder him! We also offer a murdering service as well as dream analysis clinic!

My dreams have felt very real recently.

The latest one involved setting up a work "meeting" in Warwick so the boss and I could have an affair (no attraction irl, and Warwick is not a convenient location). The meet up didn't go ahead in the dream but I woke up thinking "uh oh does dh suspect?"

Stunts I think the name Spanner must have been due to the terrier being grey and spanners also being grey?

I must say I’m finding this dream analysing quite difficult. Could I perhaps concentrate on my other skillsz? Once I’ve found them that is ...

MIdgebabe your dream is about drawing on the comfort blanket of your northern identity. The turnips represent your brethren.

There are LOADS online that need homes 😮.

On the back of your advice I am going to open a dogs home for all the Spanners that need saving.

I think Spanner’s is an excellent dog name. If I were not barren I’d consider it for a second child.
