Unacceptable mess left in caravan

Just after some opinions...if someone left the caravan in this state would you refund their deposit? No dust pan and brush in unit

That's outrageous i would be spamming their social media

Omg!!! That is shocking!!! So, they charged you for their customer service time, the cleaning products etc? Or attempted to at least!! And a deep clean of the oven?? For that small mark!! A small claims court will cost £30 so won't benefit anything I will be even worse off but I can't see any other way to get this sorted especially the shitty attitude to loyal customers

Hendra? Blimey, close call. I’d had in mind to book that for next summer after our French caravan stress. I was up at 6:45 cleaning the oven shelves this morning. Won’t be repeating that next year.

I know there’s been a couple of suggestions on the thread, but doesn’t anyone know (for the OP, as well myself... of course) of Cornish caravan sites with a great swimming pool? And of course, will not be a complete arse if you don’t return the van in like-new condition!
