Safeguarding has fallen WAY out of fashion.

I don't know enough about that story to comment. But I do know enough to not judge an entire sub-group of people on the actions of a few. Particularly not when that sub-group is a vulnerable minority.

But donations are already recorded by "gender" (which used to mean sex). It's hardly "sweeping change" to say "btw, we understand the word "gender" no longer means "sex" to a lot of people, but that's how we're using it on this form". Going from "not categorising" to "categorising" might be a big change, but going from "categorising incorrectly" to "categorising correctly" isn't.

The vulnerable group the NSPCC is designated to protect is children.

Pansexual is attracted to men women, trans people and non binary people.

Trans people and Non-Binary people are still either men or women, adult human makes or females, so pansexual is a redundant term.
