I wonder who got the other numbers? Or is it a secret code? I think I'd actually be excited to find writing on my crumpets as long as I had back up food. I'm aware I need to get a life 🙈😂

I work in large scale food manufacture - someone in the factory has needed to keep track of these particular crumpets for a test and they've lost them and accidentally packed them.

Contact Warburtons and send them a photo of the crumpets and the packaging with any batch coding you can find (often near the use by date)

Alternatively send them the actual crumpets and packaging.

@weekendsleep my husband is a long distance lorry driver and is currently in spain. So yes, the crumpets are on his bed in the cab of his lorry as that is basically where he lives 😂
