I've just finished watching Behind The Curve on Netflix - a documentary about the Flat Earth movement. I remain unconvinced but still good fun to watch.

My favourite conspiracy theory though is the Titanic/Olympic one which I'm inclined to believe 🙈 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/RMSTitanicalternative_theories

The Paul/Faul McCartney one is a cracker! Apparently the real Paul died in a car crash at the height of the Beatles' fame, and Fake Paul (Faul) stepped in to take his place.

Was told years ago by some one who knows camilla pb that Prince Andrew is gay and is hiv positive and split with fergie because she caught him with a man?

Google Titanic alternative theories - basically the theory suggests the Titanic was actually the Olympic and was sunk to claim insurance. It's quite a compelling argument.

I love a conspiracy. Inner earth is a good one. I also like all the ancient aliens stuff.

Used to love a conspiracy theory, less so now they have so many believers. The most bonkers I've come across are the Cumberbatch and, not dissimilar, MM ones. Barking. Someone on mumsnet explained them to me. Its many a year since I first heard the Prince Andrew thing, surprised it's still going.

That the ‘harry potter’ series is actually a true story - it was about to be uncovered so they got a muggle (JK Rowling) to write the books to cover it up. She’s been under the imperius curse since 1995!

I think conspiracy theories can be incredibly damaging, although some are amusing.

Alice, Google for it, its very unkind, completely deranged and so nuts that my family will send for mental health practitioners if I attempt to describe it.

Apart from that, I really don't think much of any other ones, although I think there is something about the JFK Assassination that just doesn't ring true.

Why? What evidence do you have that didn't come up in the public enquiry?

The David Kelly one, as pp have said I'll never believe that he committed suicide but I'm not sure if it was the British Secret Service or another one was responsible for his death.
