Jfk assassination - my parents who were alive when it happened say even at the time people didn't believe it was a lone shooter, just look at the footage of jfk being shot his body is thrown in completely different directions by the shots. I don't believe it was domestic shooters, there were plenty of foreign enemies wanted him dead. But I think this was covered up in order to prevent nuclear war breaking out as highly likely it was Cuban or ussr shooters.

Your ex took it a bit far but the timing was awfully convenient and this was even noted at the time, she was trailing in polls, armed forces were particularly turning against her after having their votes bought with huge but unsustainable pay rises earlier in her premiership.
The war served several purposes for her, minor help to U.K. Economy as a result of barring Argentina products, uniting U.K. With her against a common enemy BUT with no direct threat to the main uk islands/main population, uniting the armed forces who were starting to in fight between the branches more than usual (as each branch wanted to avoid redundancies affecting their branch), and I'm afraid to say fewer soldiers meant lower pay bill.
She went from potentially losing the next election to a clear victory (admittedly helped by the sdp traitors splitting the left wing vote)
I'm hoping to fuck trump as president is some kind of reverse Manchurian candidate deal, give the extreme right wingers an ineffectual president to shut 'em up while hopefully galvanising the moderates (really there's no left wing in usa) to front a very effective candidate. It needs some fine tuning I agree and frankly I think the trump-droid/hypnotised person has even malfunctioned from their intents on more than one occasion.
I used to think 9/11 had been allowed to happen to justify the war, I now suspect that the details of the targets weren't known and that those with the power to properly follow up didn't do so thoroughly as they NEVER believed it would happen as no foreign attacks had ever happened on the USA mainland, that nobody would dare to do so. A mix of arrogance and incompetence. Certainly the ease with which the terrorists were able to access training on the right planes etc beggars belief that security was so very lax.
