I've just finished watching Behind The Curve on Netflix - a documentary about the Flat Earth movement. I remain unconvinced but still good fun to watch.

OMG how could I forget to mention the death of Elisa Lam. Watching the video of her last moments unnerves me. I don’t know if that’s more of an unsolved mystery though.

Still don’t accept the man that was charged shot Jill Dando. People say she was murdered because she was about to uncover a paedophile ring at the BBC.

The Yuri Gagarin one sounds very plausible, and I don't think anyone still actually believes David Kelly killed himself do they? I think cover ups happen far more often that we realise, look at the Hillsborough disaster for example. I think you'd have to be naive to think it doesn't happen more often.

Yes, I think the man who was charged with Jill Dando's murder was set up. He just didn't seem capable of such a professional 'hit' which that obviously was.

Anything to do with 9/11 usually veers off into tinfoil hat territory IMO. However I do think the security services were aware an attack on the USA was imminent. Who could have forseen something like that would ever happen though?

I think that the US government knew that Pearl Harbour was going to happen, they allowed it so that they could join the war.

Paul McCartney was supposedly killed in a car crash and he's shown to be one of the dead stars on cover of SGT Pepper. walking off into the graveyard. Supposedly replaced by the singer of Marmalade who went missing when Paul had his crash.

Just looking at the footage its easy to see detonation happening before any plane hit. Not to mention detonation happened at a completely different area than the crashes.

The thing with JFK is that he could only have been shot from the book depository, the ballistics clearly show that.

It's amazing what utter rubbish gets spouted on the internet. No evidence whatsoever of anything other than planes hitting the towers.

It doesn't even make sense. Why risk getting caught planting explosives when everyone will see the planes hit the towers anyway?

@LilQueenie - why does it make sense if you detonate? There is no credible evidence at all that explosives were planted. The mechanism for the collapse of the towers due to the impact of the airliners is well understood. So why do you think there were explosives planted?

My favourite isn't really a 'conspiracy theory' in the truest sense, it's a or from a movie.

The story goes that Elvis, way back in the late 60s, wanted to have a few years out of the spotlight and switched places with a popular impersonator.
The real Elvis moved to a trailer park, made friends, enjoyed being a nobody.
The fake Elvis went off the rails, started getting fat, being over the top with spending money and generally going a bit mad.
Unfortunately, the fake Elvis died from too much indulgence. The real Elvis lost his evidence in a BBQ accident.
So now Elvis is living in an old folks home remembering his days being the king of Pop, everyone around him just thinks he's nuts.

In the same movie, JFK is still alive but his mind has been transplanted into a black man and there's an ancient Egyptian mummy stealing the would of the old folk... Which he takes by sucking them out the arse hole... It's a great movie, check it out..
