What do you remember watching on a Sunday as a kid?

Daughter and I have had our bath and I just had a flash of memory back to the days of watching Bullseye, songs of praise and Howard's way on a Sunday nights.

I even went on YouTube to put a bit of Bully on.. what is it with 6yr olds that don't appreciate old TV?

Ski Sunday!! For some reason my dad always insisted on it even though he’s never actually been skiing!

Always Songs of Praise, Antiques Roadshow and a bit of Bully.

Mid week I’d always have to go to bed after The Bill has finished. I used to dread seeing that coppers shoes going down the cobblestones

BBC adaptations of classic books. Vanity fair, some Dickens, Jane Eyre. And the wonderful versions of the Narnia stories.

I remember bullseye.

Heartbeat and last of the summer wine. Well it was my mum watching them, I would have been really young. She still watches heartbeat!

My mum owned an antique shop when I was a kid so we always had to watch the antiques roadshow and Lovejoy on Sundays.

Always Ski Sunday. And snooker if it was on. Always with DF. It meant I got out of clearing up Sunday dinner - I would insist my DF needed company and scuttle off to snuggle up with him on the sofa whilst the females of the family did all the washing up.

I always was a daddy's girl.

I can also remember Heartbeat and Lovejoy.

So many classic shows, kids these days just don't get such quality on Netflix...

April showers yes to Worzel Gummidge! What a great programmer but seriously can you imagine the uproar today if a kids character unscrewed his head!! The long term MH damage that could do to our snowflakes

Occasionally the motor racing when my Dad took over the only TV in the house and we had to pull the curtains if it was a sunny day so the screen wasn't obstructed.
