I am !

I have bought a shiny new notebook.
I have been searching pintrest for bullet journal ideas.
This includes couch to 5k (for the 3rd time)

I really need to sort my health and fatness (not a typo) out .

So if you need a partner in crime to give you a nudge or a kick then please come and join me.

More importantly if you are one of the few miracles out there that day feeling like this last year and actually succeeded please come and tell me your tales.

I need to lose 3-4 stones. I really want to get on top of my fitness and flexibility. The cola and biscuits won’t help.

I really am going to do it this year. I say that every year but I'm finally in a place where my life is organised and I'm settled and can focus on health. Need to lose between 4 and 6 stone so it's quite daunting.

Not pringles but I've just finished off a box of chocolates. I have 2 months to get into my summer clothes as I've just booked a holiday for the beginning of March. Blood sugar diet I think.

Yes this is me! I've signed up to a 6 month 'mission' with rebelfit after years of losing and gaining with sw/ww. However the mission doesn't start until 7th Jan so I'm happily quaffing wine and scarfing peanuts til then Grin

Meeeee I would like to lose 1-2 stone and be generally healthier. I drank at least a glass of wine most nights this year, have eaten utter shit and not exercised.

I genuinely feel like my liver is unhappy with me so have stopped drinking (today) am eating a banana and have booked in a Pilates session for tomorrow. I need to make a more solid plan.

Haha exactly with Pringles and wine! Yum Pringles and wine, bastard Tesco had all the Christmas junk food at half price today.

Come 1st Jan there will be no food between meals of any kind. Sigh.

Me!! Only a stone or two to lose. Was for and healthy but then had a stressful six months and it’s all gone to pot. Currently eating through the mountain of chocolates in my house.
Fresh start begins on the 2nd!

Hahaha. This is me! Except this year I'm planning for post-baby. Diet doesn't need to change much but holy hell I need to move my arse more!

Clearly I am not going to change until Tuesday (and even then it might be Wednesday because I may have a hangover Blush)

But come Wednesday I am on it !

I am doing couch to 5k
I am tracking my food.
I am filling in my beautiful new notebook (bullet journal stuff)
I am going to do 2 classes a week at the gym.

It's all a bit daunting but I really want to be 3 stone down by this time next year.

Well, my plan was to get healthy and lose some weight in 2019. I've lost 5 stone previously but have put some back on so want to do it in a more realistic way.

However, am pregnant and so am happily enjoying the relative guilt free indulgence and now planning for the summer once the baby has arrived!

It'll be my third C25k too. You know how some people really love running, well sadly that's not me. Grin
It's effective though so I'll have another go

We're still finishing up the Christmas bits so I'll be on it on 2nd January.
