Can I ask what on earth this is all about?

But I do like the sounds of you Grin

TransylvanianVampiress · 01/11/2011 23:21

Fab found you!! Grin

Just back from book club. No one had read the book on betchley park so think my revision of listening to RA recite that poem was as good as it got!!Grin. Think we are deciding to turn it into a wine/cake/tea club!! Much more my cupnof WineGrin

Anyway, not sure it answers the ros/Lucas question but Lucas was the section D head when he was incarcinarated in a Russian jail so perhaps was well known throughout section D and therefore ros would have known of him if not met him before???HmmConfusedBearGrin

Right I bed I must go too.

Sleep well all
Smile

LadyDamerel · 01/11/2011 23:24

Now this is rather nice. What a fabulous range of treatments.

Do you also offer healthy lunches?

Deuce · 01/11/2011 23:26

QUCIHE

Grin

Sorry for intruding ladies.

SupermassiveLBD · 01/11/2011 23:27

Hello, Deuce. Hang around. All should become clear, after a while.

ComeIntoTheSinisterGardenMaud · 01/11/2011 23:27

Deuce - It's about some or all of the following

drinking virtual wine or Polish cordial and eating virtual ratafia biscuits

avoiding housework, spouses or other irritants

discussing the meaning of life

honing our critical faculties by looking at pretty pictures.

What brought you here?

::Shuffles up and makes room for Deuce on the chaise longue::

OP posts:
LadyDamerel · 01/11/2011 23:28

That's close enough for me, Vampy. I don't like holes in my plots because it makes me worry that I am being stupid and missing vital bits which is usually the case.

Night night, Spiro and Vampy.

Deuce · 01/11/2011 23:29

What brought me here? Well that should be screamingly obvious, you fabulous darlings Grin

I was just browsing and being in the business [taps nose] I was wondering if the sleb goss was about anyone I know and then couldn't work out the thread.

LadyDamerel · 01/11/2011 23:29

Good explanation, Maud.

::nods approvingly::

Massive, have you been to confession recently?

ComeIntoTheSinisterGardenMaud · 01/11/2011 23:30

I'm not sure that anywhere that tries as hard as we do to entrap welcome new people can be described as a quiche, but never mind.

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 01/11/2011 23:36

LadyD, they wont let me in the confessional nowadays, the last time it was struck by a bolt of lightening from the blue. Luckily Father O'Riley had already dropped stone dead from shock horror, so didn't feel the pain of being burned to a crisp.

SupermassiveLBD · 01/11/2011 23:38

Indeed, Deuce, as our esteemed Maud said, we are more grabby inclusive than exclusive.

ComeIntoTheSinisterGardenMaud · 01/11/2011 23:39

Well, I must wend my way to Bedfordshire. A domani!

OP posts:
LadyDamerel · 01/11/2011 23:40

Grin Massive. Poor Father O'Reilly.

LadyDamerel · 01/11/2011 23:40

Night, Maud!

SupermassiveLBD · 01/11/2011 23:42

Nighty night, Maud, sllep well.

Oh yes, LadyD, it's definitely a hot ticket, being Massive's spiritual advisor.

SupermassiveLBD · 01/11/2011 23:43

Or even sleep - sorry Maud.

ComeIntoTheSinisterGardenMaud · 01/11/2011 23:49

::Looks back at you::

No worries. Good knight to all.

TransylvanianVampiress · 02/11/2011 08:23

Anyway, fab new college Maud!! I look forward to learning many new techniques and abilities!Grin

Oooh Deuce! You're in the business! let's just hope you don't know ouR mAnGrin but do join in on our witty repartee and partake of some polish cordial and ratafia biscuits! BTW what are ratafia biscuits? Hmm Never been brave enough to ask!!ConfusedGrin

Right got a client this morning. So best go study the academy's manicure manual!Grin

pARGHssTheTwiglets · 02/11/2011 09:17

Morning all. Lovely place here Maud, jolly well done! I particularly liked the manicure picture - ha ha!

Well now, the Spooks thing. Um - I don't know, I never understand anything :) I am a bit rubbish with details so can't help, I'm afraid! I had no idea Lucas used to be head of Section D! I know he used to work there but I didn't realised he used to be head.

TransylvanianVampiress · 02/11/2011 10:17

How do I know that he was then?HmmHmm I've no idea, it's just something I seem to know! Perhaps I dReAmt it?HmmHmmConfused

i'm off to google it now, to check my brain cells!

TheSmallPrint · 02/11/2011 10:26

You moved without telling me!

Welcome Deuce, we are essentially an appreciation society of the rather fine actor know as The Man aka Richard Armitage in all his guises, however, we have diversified into general nonsense and chat in between beautiful vids and pictures. We are certainly no quiche and as Maud said, we welcome new people with chains and padlocks open arms, definately the more the merrier so that we don't feel quite as insane as I think some of our lurkers think we are. Grin PLease pull up the chaise longoo and have some Chateau Gizzy Wine with us - it's not too early I don't think?

Hello to the rest of you! Work is dragging me under again, are you sure that none of you want a job?????
