Nice to see Imsomnia here again although, speaking as a fellow southern softie, I see some drawbacks in her suggestion. The disparity in height, coupled with my natural reserve and good manners, means that I could not and would not reach to lick Mr Thornton's face but I might undo his cravat with my teeth.

Sorry girls, none of those either :( This is just bizarre. Possibly I could've come across it whilst lokoing for something else but I could've sworn it was a link here that I clicked on. I am slightly scared that I dreamt it as I have been known to do that in the past :o A now classic anecdote Chez Twigs is when I was planning a recipe and went to Sainsburys to get some raspberry coulis that I'd seen there the day before, just behind the counter. I got to the shop and was most surprised to remember that there isn't a counter there and slowly the realisation dawned that I had dreamed the whole thing.
