Ah, i see, you were talking about the othe end. ah well, it's late and I am not particularly bright tonight.

So what else is new?

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 08/09/2011 23:33

Do we like art? Do we like Russian gloom? Do we like

SupermassiveLBD · 08/09/2011 23:40

Well it sure was gloomy Maud. but rather beautiful.

Maybe we should all undertake to cheer Lucas up, like we have done with Gizzy.

DumSpiroSpero · 08/09/2011 23:49

He is beautiful in that video Maud. Although I must admit it's a long time since I've been able to watch the water-boarding scene knowing they were more or less 'for real'. Blush

Gotta admire his commitment. Wish I coud master my own fears that well.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 08/09/2011 23:52

Or how about

Alas, Lucas is beyond cheering up now. Although Spiro is trying very hard.

SupermassiveLBD · 08/09/2011 23:58

The thing is, Maud, nothing is impossible in fiction.

Or even in RL, if we can believe that multiple universes theory, in which the quantum continuum means that anything that can happen does happen, in one universe or another.

SupermassiveLBD · 09/09/2011 00:05

And on that philospohical note, one of my myriad incarnations is now going to take the going to bed option.

Nighty nighty, all.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 09/09/2011 00:07

Or how about

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 09/09/2011 00:11

Sorry, Massive. You departed while I was mucking about conducting ground-breaking research in the basement archive.

Knighty night.

SupermassiveLBD · 09/09/2011 00:14

Sorry, dear, I am too knackered for ooh la la with anyone now -- nothing personal!

DumSpiroSpero · 09/09/2011 01:06

nothing is impossible in fiction

...it certainly isn't Wink Grin.

Speaking of which, Chapter 7 up.

Really must go to bed now.

SupermassiveLBD · 09/09/2011 10:39

Bother! I am up to my eyes and daren't stop at all, even for a coffee and a bit of a read Sad Wink

BBL, and not too L, I hope.

SupermassiveLBD · 09/09/2011 12:27

Right, while I have got a minute with my cup of tea, let me post a link to while I was looking for something else.

A very clever marrying of original story RH audiobook reading with clips from the actual series,

PassTheTwiglets · 09/09/2011 12:36

Ha ha, that was great, Massive! Very clever indeed! Sorry RL is being a pain for you today.

LadyDamerel · 09/09/2011 12:44

Oh Massive, that's cheered me right up. Drunk Guy and Robin. I'd love a night in the pub with those two Grin.

Must get on. Ended up with MasterD2 in my bed again last night so I'm knackered. It's always a sign of over tiredness with him when he has broken nights - think school is taking its toll. Then I overslept so had a mad dash to get them all to school on time and haven't yet managed to regain my equilibrium.

LadyDamerel · 09/09/2011 12:48

And I'm going to confess this to you lot because you will understand what a loon I am being.

I've got up to RH S3 e.12 but I can't bring myself to watch e.13. I know what happens but I just do not want to see it.

Will it matter if I never watch it and remain in blissful ignorance of the reality of poor Gizzy's demise?

SupermassiveLBD · 09/09/2011 12:51

And good old Bupcakes Grin

Right, off again Sad

SupermassiveLBD · 09/09/2011 12:56

Will it matter if I never watch it and remain in blissful ignorance of the reality of poor Gizzy's demise?

A clue, LadyD? No.

He didn't really die then, you know. What did medieval bods, especially Robin, know about signs of life, anyway? He was rescued later, when everyone else had gone off and left him. Wink

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 09/09/2011 13:53

Cupcakes is right, of course. So many British men are terribly dressed (partly, of course, because decent tailoring is so expensive). The Bloke is a bit metrosexual and fond of pink shirts. Are sartorial standards any higher on the island, Massive?

I do like to see a gentleman wearing a nice suit, preferably with a cravat gorgeous silk tie.

::insert pic of tall, dark, handsome man of commerce here::

PassTheTwiglets · 09/09/2011 16:24

Bored, bored, bored. Boredity-bored. Boredington Boredsworth of Boredsville, Boredsvania.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 09/09/2011 16:31

Oh no, Twiggy. What (or who) could put that right?

PassTheTwiglets · 09/09/2011 16:38

Try me... #notfussy

DumSpiroSpero · 09/09/2011 16:46

Boredsworth

Only the beginning of that came up on my screen - I thought it was going to be boredsword!!! Grin
