Sounds great (hols, not child swap Grin). I remember many happy childhood holidays in that area.

TheSmallPrint · 29/08/2011 21:39

Me too Spiro, I'm boring the pants off SB major telling him that I used Togo here as a child .

Massive I'm sure your SBs have grown out of the wiping on Walls phase, if indeed theywere ever in it

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 29/08/2011 21:42

I cringed at most of HSM - only really because Girl is aspires to be the bimbo Sharpay and all my homilies about the worthy Gabriella and her maths scholarship have fallen on deaf ears ::pushy mother emoticon:: - but I have always liked .

SupermassiveLBD · 29/08/2011 21:43

Behind the headboards is still a prime location, Small. Kirstie Allsop never pushed that one, did she?

OP posts:
ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 29/08/2011 21:47

And I was grossed out by finding dirty socks under Girl's bed.

::Feels a little unwell::

::Seeks comfort in a familiar pair of strong, manly arms::

DumSpiroSpero · 29/08/2011 21:48

They did that one in the show Maud. I like 'work it out' and 'I don't dance' from HSM2 - I think Ryan is probably my favourite character.

TheSmallPrint · 29/08/2011 21:51

Sorry Maud, if it's any consolation at least you don't have to scrub it off when it's stuck like cement. Grin

Right, back off comms, will check in tomorrow.

SupermassiveLBD · 29/08/2011 21:57

Copy that, Alpha Two. Have a good night and a good time tomorrow.

::Looks up from the manly shoulder::

Good night, Small.

Mind you, he has other talents.

OP posts:
ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 29/08/2011 22:21

He most certainly does

DumSpiroSpero · 29/08/2011 22:29

Yes indeed!

SupermassiveLBD · 29/08/2011 22:32

Is that VPL I can spot?

What a thought to end the day on, for I must away. Early start tomorrow, alas.

Night night all

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 29/08/2011 22:42

Have you been using the megazoom again, Massive?

Goodnight all. I'm off to bed with a good book.

DumSpiroSpero · 29/08/2011 22:44

Night Massive & Maud. Writing time for me.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 29/08/2011 22:53

::Looks back at you::

I hope you have a comfortable desk to work at, Spiro.

DumSpiroSpero · 30/08/2011 00:45

For any Academy members having trouble sleeping...

Wink
ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 30/08/2011 11:37

Dixon! The smelling salts please!

DumSpiroSpero · 30/08/2011 11:44

At least that didn't warrant a facepalm (yet...Wink)

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 30/08/2011 11:48

I had probably passed out before I got to the facepalm bit and, besides, I daren't tell Mr Thornton what I've been reading. After all, his favourite reading is Plato and Mr Arkwright's catalogue.

DumSpiroSpero · 30/08/2011 11:51

You may want to avoid the next chapter in that case Grin.

Can't stop - Miss S is needing my attention!

SupermassiveLBD · 30/08/2011 15:22

Thanks a bundle, MN, for eating my post.

Let's try again, and O...M...G What a good job I toddled off early last night or i would never have got to sleep yet again. Nor would I have done any of the things I was supposed to do today because i would have been wandering round in a heat haze.

Why did Small take the IF on her hols with her?

Spiro, that was masterful. A bit of naughty fun, true, but it's so much more. You have got your plotline in there, and the characters are well--drawn and spot on, so you are feeling for Kate's dilemma, and thinking bad Gizzy, while feeling more than a twinge of sympathy for him too.

And talk about a page turner! It has made my day Grin

3 children.

3 pairs of school shoes.

3 pairs of school trainers.

Every other person in North Yorkshire seemingly had the same mission.

My blood pressure is still sky high.

::necks neat polish cordial::

DumSpiroSpero · 30/08/2011 18:06

You definitely need Grin!
