A lot of the John Porter soundtracks are very 'rocky'.

One of the things I like about the YouTube additions to the thread is that it's got me interested in a lot of music that I wouldn't have probably bothered with otherwise.

Don't think anything can convince me of the benefits of Coldplay, however Biscuit

Don't worry, Spiro. Help has been summoned. Thunderbirds are Go!

Not even Fix You ? Spiro

(can we play that again yet?)

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 28/02/2011 21:04

I had the same thought, Massive. Dare we (in any of its variants)?

DumSpiroSpero · 28/02/2011 21:04

I have thoroughly enjoyed them all Massive!

Hope you manage to shake your lurgy off - what a pain in the proverbial that it's back again.

Here comes the Doctor

OP posts:
DumSpiroSpero · 28/02/2011 21:06

I don't mind 'Fix You' I must admit (particularly when it comes with a free helping of Mr Armitage Grin), but otherwise I really don't 'get it' as far as they are concerned.

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 28/02/2011 21:06

This is a on me...

SupermassiveLBD · 28/02/2011 21:09

I am sure you mut think I keep catching this lurgy on purpose, since it has such delightful repercussions.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 28/02/2011 21:20

Lights will guide you hooooome

::sniffs::

Oh dear, Massive. You've been under the weather for ages. Are you getting your five a day? You know what they say about an apple a day.

DumSpiroSpero · 28/02/2011 21:21

Ok Massive, that 'Fix You' was very entertaining - some really nice Gizzy bits in there too.

I really should have an early one tonight so am off for a bath and bed, in theory at least.

I may well be back later - have fun.

DumSpiroSpero · 28/02/2011 21:22

...an apple a day

Normally I think Marion is very pretty, but am I wrong in feeling there's a touch of the gerbil in her expression in that pic?

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 28/02/2011 21:28

See what you mean about Marian there Spiro, something about the teeth

Gizzy sure has a way with an apple. The saucy man.

Five what a day?

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 28/02/2011 21:29

Stop Press from the Department of Art History.

This pic of Gizzy (apologies for the fuzziness, can'teasily find a better one) has always reminded me http://www.lilith-ezine.com/articles/sex/images/FrancescoHayez-The-Kiss-1859.jpg of this pre-Raphaelite gem.

::dismayed at own ponciness::

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 28/02/2011 21:34

Oh poo.

I was trying to say that [[http://i.ytimg.com/vi/72eJbVU6WUA/hqdefault.jpg
this pic of Gizzy]] has always reminded me [[http://www.lilith-ezine.com/articles/sex/images/FrancescoHayez-The-Kiss-1859.jpg
of this pre-Raphaelite gem]].

::still dismayed at own ponciness::

SupermassiveLBD · 28/02/2011 21:35

Ponciness is always good, it puts a cultural gloss on the fanning and thudding.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 28/02/2011 21:38

Glad to be of service, Massive. And it was five portions of fruit and veg. Obviously.

::Polishes the high moral and intellectual tone of the thread::

SupermassiveLBD · 28/02/2011 21:39

Poor Gizzy, there he is trying to get a bit of a snog in, he does so enjoy one, and the jade is doing the dirty on him all the time.

TheSmallPrint · 28/02/2011 21:40

Ladies, I am shattered, I'm off to bed. It has been a very long day, I have only just finished work.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 28/02/2011 21:43

Oh dear, Small. Are you feeling well? Being in West London may after all expose you to noxious vapours and other substances injurious to
health. Do you need, er, medical attention?

SupermassiveLBD · 28/02/2011 21:44

Small, goodnight and sweet dreams. Being as you are so tired perhaps a nice strong soldier can carry you up the wooden hill.

DumSpiroSpero · 28/02/2011 21:49

Small - my spreadsheet is not organisational ability but an exercise in advanced sneakiness - I have the actual links listed with the soundtrack, characters and any distinguishing features (i.e. the one with 'night night' at the end) listed so I can still post the odd treat when the H is loitering with intent without bringing the actual vids up on screen!

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 28/02/2011 21:53

You will be running the grid for MI5 next year at this rate, Spiro.

SupermassiveLBD · 28/02/2011 22:01

Just found this when idly clicking through.
Cute!

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 28/02/2011 22:05

Idly. Clicking. Through. As one does.

Poor Twiggy - not here to see that prime example of premium elevish twiglets.

SupermassiveLBD · 28/02/2011 22:12

I thought the Twiglets were rather LOTR myself. Shall I bookmark them for the Twigster's return?
Do we know how long she's gone for?
