Welcome to our newest faculty building. Make yourselves comfortable and ignore the smell of paint. We cannot keep up with the demand for new premises.

How delightful this is! Shall we crack open the Chateau Gisborne and have a ratafia biscuit or two?

PrairieOyster · 10/12/2010 23:03

Ah yes, Missy, I'll have one of those biccies please, and fill 'er up!

Theresahollyinyourmind · 10/12/2010 23:04

Good idea.

Hopefully the place will be sweet-smelling in time for the party.

Thanks, Missy, good idea there. Improvisation is a truly Spooky talent. Hopefully Guy will keep his boots on.

I think I overdid it with the aftershave. I need some air. Let's open a window.

Did we bring the archive with us?

Theresahollyinyourmind · 10/12/2010 23:14

Where's the Faculty's Michelangelo?

OP posts:
asmallbunchofmistletoe · 10/12/2010 23:18

Phew. The faculty Michelangelo has not been damaged in transit.

Theresahollyinyourmind · 10/12/2010 23:23

O brave new world, indeed!

Just found a new fansite - just popped up

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 10/12/2010 23:27

Is accessible in the Limpopo, Holly?

Theresahollyinyourmind · 10/12/2010 23:29

Nope, Missy, looks like they are doing a blanket black-out. I am really cross.

Nice smiley photo on the right, there, above the banner, Oyster.

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 10/12/2010 23:31

Oh dear. You'll just have to focus on Michelangelo, then.

MrsLucasNorthPole · 10/12/2010 23:32

Missy - have you actually smelt Prada aftershave? I had a whiff the other week and thought it was horrible - overpoweringly lemony.

Liking the new halls btw - no rise in course fees here I take it Grin?

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 10/12/2010 23:36

MrsLNP - No, of course not. We're strictly L'Occitane in this house. But it was invented suggested several threads ago that Lucas would wear Prada aftershave.

Do you think tuition fees would be a deterrent here?

Theresahollyinyourmind · 10/12/2010 23:37

Course Fees are held at an affordable zero, as a service to Womankind, Oyster.
So what aftershave do you recommend for Lucas then? Or maybe spooks daren't use it as it would give away their secret identities.

OP posts:
MrsLucasNorthPole · 10/12/2010 23:41

Not sure tuition fees would make a difference. We're a pretty dedicated bunch judging by the amount we're spending on research materials between us!

MrsLucasNorthPole · 10/12/2010 23:46

I find it really difficult to choose perfume, let alone aftershave. Have had allergies since I was little, which I think have damaged my sense of smell as the majority of fragrances just smell of alcohol & chemicals to me. On the rare occasion I find something that doesn't I stick within for years.

Something a bit woody/spicy would be nice, or just soap & black leather Grin

Theresahollyinyourmind · 10/12/2010 23:48

Prada do two aftershaves, it seems.

''Like stepping out of a fresh shower and putting on a clean white shirt, Infusion d?Homme is a subtle scent that leaves an understated but lasting impression.
Infusion d?Homme is a balanced classic Eau de Toilette with exceptional quality ingredients like the precious Iris Pallida from Florence along with some accentuated masculine notes such as Vetiver, Incense and Benzoin.''

Was that the one, Oyster?

PrairieOyster · 10/12/2010 23:58

I'm not big on aftershaved - sorry!

Just been somewhat surprised by the return from the pub of my SO!

asmallbunchofmistletoe · 10/12/2010 23:58

Still, at least it means we can waive the tuition fees.

Theresahollyinyourmind · 11/12/2010 00:02

That Infusion stuff won't do of ocurse, it has to be like putting on a clean blue or black shirt.

Maybe we can flog some of our Faculty merchandise on QVC, Missy, while getting cheap deals on stuff like men's designer fragrance and clothing for those that want to revamp their menfolk
