Hey! Bored and thought this could be fun. As I've said above I smoke cannabis daily, Have done for years. Only in the evening. I'm a mum and my DH does too. If anyone has any questions ask away :-)

poor kids with not just 1 but 2 pothead parents. Everyone will know as they probably stink of it from the house too.

I also am interested in the morality. The kids in county lines, the trafficked girls, not to mention the dark side of production and smuggling. I wouldn't buy a fake handbag even though its cheap because I know its laundering abusive cash. How do you square that.

Also, why? Most of us had a few druggy years in our youth but normally, adults who smoke dope are a bit boring. Not saying you are bit I just don't understand why you would do it every day. It must affect your energy and mood levels.

I have no questions but I think you're brave posting here. Give it a few posts and you'll be a child murderer. And it's only drugs that are unethical, BTW. Everything else enjoyed by the middle class is perfectly fine, even when it's not.

Personally, I don't think it's worse than alcohol. In fact, I think it's less harmful in general.

When your child/ children are teens and they become uniquely vulnerable to the street violence which follows this illegal trade, do you think you'll feel the cost of your habit more concretely than you do now?

Ooo interesting one, I used to but it wasn't sustainable. It made me too tired and anxious, and I worried about the smell and setting an example for my children. I save it for special occasions now

How old are your DC? Do you not worry that both if you and your DH are high, you can't drive in an emergency or won't be as responsive/responsible if something happened to your DC at night? Do you worry about the effect being high every night has on your children?

As a mother of two teenage boys who smoked weed I can tell you I am opposed to it just for the smell alone never mind the rest of the shit show it causes.

OP do you enjoy smelling like a tramp?
Do you enjoy your home smelling like a tramp's den?
Do you know how much damage you are causing to your family by smoking a drug which causes mental problems ?

Both parents getting drunk every single night would be incredibly irresponsible too!

Do you think there are negative effects on your children?
I grew up in a weed smoking household, not just in the evenings type people. They grew it and sold small quantities. It was sometimes horrific but mostly they didn't look after us as well as they should of e.g we didn't eat dinner till gone 10pm every night type thing.
Do you think your parenting is as good as it should be (no ones perfect) but would your parenting be better without drugs?
I also had to deal with them being very very paranoid quite often, do your children see you high?
