I was 36 years old, married with 2 kids, when I fell in love with a woman and my whole world turned upside down. Suddenly everything made sense and I couldn't believe I'd been so blind.

I'm just gonna copy and paste from a couple of the previous numerous times I've said this:

I do not think that my affair was justified. It's not ok to cheat. I shouldn't have done that, you're right.

At no point have I tried to justify my behaviour. I'm fully aware that cheating is wrong and that I should not have done that. I take full responsibility for the hurt I've caused my XDH. Being gay doesn't make it ok, nothing does.

So having made mistakes, do you think I should just curl up and die now? What is the point you're trying to make? Is there no point in me trying to do the best for my children? They're irredeemably damaged are they?

Yes my kids met my gf after we'd been together about 6 months. I would've waited longer but circumstances kind of forced it at the time. She and I won't be moving in together for a long while yet
