OhCaptain, also as someone who struggles with their own sexuality, I genuinely would like to know the answer to that, as it has been said to me by more than a few gay friends IRL. Clearly it was phrased as a massive generalisation, but I’m sorry I didn’t take the time to write a highly nuanced 10,000 word essay instead.

As I said - my question wasn’t particularly nuanced, for which I apologise.

I’ll rephrase it though, shall I?

Lots of gay friends I have have said (both male and female) that there is such a thing as biphobia.

They allege it is a ‘thing’, like it or not.

Quite clearly, I don’t think all lesbians think this. This is a lighthearted topic (usually). It’s midnight. Again - apologies for my lack of nuance.

I’m asking for her perspective on what is sometimes seen as a ‘thing’. If you actually have gay friends, you’d know this. I don’t think I deserved your disdain, but nevermind.
