Sharing the Shitness - HOF Advent Calendar SPOILERS

So it arrived damaged. Never mind, I thought, it's what's inside that counts...

Day 1: a mascara I've never heard of before so a little hesitant to swap my Charlotte Tilbury mascara for it but in the spirit of things, I give it a go!

It appears to be made from a unique potion, one that makes your eyes sting, and it bizarrely doesn't stick to the lashes. Just kind of floats there and each time you blink it comes off.

I put it on before making and having breakfast and it was gone by the time I left the house.

Day 2: Wow is that some sort of new magical blackhead popping, lip enlarging, space creation?

It's a funnel.

What for? Nobody knows.

Errr not a great start is it?!

I think I'm looking forward to opening the doors more because it is so shit!

Gonna buy a chocolate one to have alongside it so I can have a treat to accompany the daily dose of humour.

I got funnels like that in the Ciate nail polish advent calendar along with beads you push into the wet nail polish. Could it be for that and the nail toppings will come later? Never used it though!

I agree we need to know how much this little gem was... have you not always wanted a small plastic decidedly pointless funnel??

I believe it was bought for £25. I wasn't expecting to be bowled over for that price but at the very least I'd expect an explanation for the fucking funnel!

Handbag that's an interesting idea. Perhaps I have to wait until the 20th to receive some nail decoration that requires a funnel and all will become clear

I'm currently watching the Liberty advent calendar thread, reading posts about how they're disappointed with the smell of their full size Aveda volumising mist whilst I'm sat here twiddling my funnel

Well I'm sorry but some of us are just luckier than others, some get funnels and others have to make do with their designer hair/skincare and makeup. Poor things.

DH thought it was a hat for the mascara maybe I'll open up a tiny jacket tomorrow.
