Thread 2! Woolly Hugs. Chernobyl 2018 is HERE!!!

You find us busily setting up a new home for our wonderful project. Will be making a special cosy corner for Soupy's poor blind cat - recently blinded by fiesta and her very bright blanket kit

As has been since the first year, this has been an astonishing team effort, folk never fail to amaze. THANK YOU! x

Our first project thread is here.... That was the one where we frantically made SQUARES and some folk made whole blankets, there was a lot of gin and the word characterful was used a lot

On the last thread we reached the dizzying heights of 64/100 absolutely gorgeous finished blankets, so here's hoping this thread sees us through to target...

Ooooo, and this will be the thread where we share the Early Bird 2019 info if anyone has been inspired or just wants to get ahead!

We are on the very last leg of deliveries, with the extra St Ives group being the final one!

We have three more blankets we are waiting for, one has gone in the post today and two others are arriving with me tomorrow! Then the collection is complete. HOOOOOOOOZZZZAAAAAH!

The St Ives group are actually coming late August/early September but we are going to be sending them to their organiser early next week, they have already had their extras, but we do need to do ice cream funds and Hugs for Heads.
