Why would these women, and men with interesting souls, not have additional and inclusion options anyway via the additional facilities the judgment recommended and the guidelines are making clear should be expected?

There is no new law.

In April 2025 the Supreme Court gave a ruling to clarify what the law already is and has been since 2010. It created no new law, just confirmed the existing law.

A month or so ago the new EHRC Guidance which helps businesses and services to work out how to operate under the existing law came out. It created no new law, just explains the existing law.

There has been a lot of lies and misinformation about the law from Stonewall and other believers in TransMagic over the last decade or so. Their fantasies did not make laws to be what they wanted them to be.
