'Stories'

These aren't stories. They are testimonies of child rape and torture victims and impact statements.

Testimonies are stories, they are the life scripts of the victims, their lived experiences. You seem to want to have a fight and I have no time for rows over nonsense. Think what you like, I think that the victims deserve better than this report.

CassOle · 17/06/2026 10:06

I have only read the first page and the beginning of the second page of this thread.

Jesus wept! The people who are moaning about Lowe are really missing the point.

I had been reading extracts such as the one I have attached, and I came back to this stupid purity whinging. What a fucking joke.

If UK culture and dominant religions didn't treat women as second class citizens, we wouldn't have UK born and bred rapists.

Nobody says we don't have them. They are dealt with accordingly.
In general- they do not form organised networks.
We all see the photographs of those that are actually prosecuted. The usual vape shop/take away suspects.
Why are you so determined to downplay this?
Are you racist?
Do you think the girls deserved it?
Shall we just not bother to look into it for fear oof upsetting the perpetrators?
Shall we all just stay quiet like good little white people?

The tide is turning, and not a moment too soon.

And the Bible explicitly contains incest as a moral "good". In most US states there is no legal minimum age to get married. You may also have heard about the international sex trafficking ring run by that well known Muslim convert Jeffrey E who has ties to other Muslims like Andrew and Donald.

Plus, I believe if you read the response I was replying to, I was specifically asked if I can separate out the stories!

They weren’t going to get it though, were they? Many of these women participated in this inquiry (led by the amazing Sammy Woodhouse, Rotherham survivor) because they were let down by the government one. You know, the one they didn’t want to hold in the first place but were obliged to u turn on due to public pressure?

And?
None of that means we should ignore the mass rape of white girls by Muslim men.
The church is always being investigated. Rightly so. But then again they are white.

Northermcharn · 17/06/2026 10:11

Some replies on this thread - even now - explain clearly why this abuse was ignored - encouraged - for so long. People saying wrong writer, wrong people , I won't read it etc - make me sick. Those sort of apologist people are the reason mass grooming and sex abuse of very young white working class girls by older Pakistani / Pakistani British men, was covered up in the first place. Disgusting.

And by the way - those days are gone. People aren't afraid to call out what they see in front of them, any more.

I think there are serious issues here and they need to be seriously investigated and dealt with, but having Lowe's name attached instantly makes one suspect there may be other motives here which may have biased the investigation

Would you have said that if it was a Labour or LibDem MP as Chair of the enquiry?

Lol, did you really just ask that? Look at what Lowe stands for, entirely different to the other parties.

Wishing14 · 17/06/2026 10:14

Good to see acknowledgement that this is a much bigger issue, something I was aware of (unknowingly!) as a young teenager 25 years ago, in the south west… eg who to stay away from, the men hanging around venues (totally sober) and who they would approach.

Many many Muslims in this world who are peaceful.

They are not Lowe's testimonies.
If you cannot see beyond your personal prejudice towards him you are part of the problem.

And many blow up pop concerts, and fly planes into buildings, and blow up trains.

That's pure twaddle.

RedTagAlan · 17/06/2026 10:15

The report itself appears to be very circular. That is a lot of right wing blogs etc in the citations. The Daily Mail is referenced a few times. As is Youtube.

Page 102 has stuff about Stephen Yaxley-Lennon" reportedly also faced fabricated charges, asset freezes, and threats that forced repeated relocations."

218 pages. About 70-80 pages of victim testimonies, and the rest appears to be an anti Muslim thing.

Appendix 4 has a long list of local authority districts where gangs have operated, and not s single reference to any data.

There are an awful lot of claims being made in this report with no evidence presented. I mean beyond what the victims said.

Not all Muslims are terrorists.

However... all terrorist atrocities seem to be perpetrated by.... guess who?

My answer was to do with the person I highlighted and replied to. Thanks.

Paganpentacle · 17/06/2026 10:18

Yes. Not being believed as a victim is a massive problem, wouldn't you say?

Northermcharn · 17/06/2026 10:18

Happyjoe · 17/06/2026 10:14

You're correct, and I know several 'peaceful' wonderful people who are Muslim.

However as approx 25% of the world population is Muslim - Law of averages (as well as actual data collected and as well as some of the violent / misogynistic tenets of the religion) means thousands if not millions of Muslims, aren't 'peaceful'. It is not difficult to understand. Unless you willingly don't wish to.

Wishing14 · 17/06/2026 10:18

No Evidence?! This is the problem, it’s not a scientific study!! There is overwhelming victim accounts about what happened (and still is happening)

In the last year or so, Putin (not Muslim) has launched repeated attacks against civilians in Ukraine; Bibi N (not Muslim) has had the IDF bomb hospitals; Trump (not Muslim) has bombed a school.

All of which proves that Islam is the uniquely violent culture.

Beachtastic · 17/06/2026 10:19

The little detail about "Chloe's" social worker just wanting her to play the part of a sexually exploited child on Emmerdale is particularly... I can't think of a word to describe it. Obscene?

I think your 'all' is somewhat of a generalisation.
