as mentioned in other threads, I really am concerned about compliance. I know it will never be 100% but am concerned about what blatant non compliance may lead to

I am asking you to confirm your sexing skills by providing you pics of someone I know the sex of for sure. Me.

My point is that if you're going to get a bomb job, you're not going to go for a late 30s mum of 3 BF kids.

A still photo isn't going to prove anything. Photos can be carefully staged, heavily edited and filtered.

In recognising someone's sex, we recognise how they move, their gait, their voice, even their pheromones.

Men can also have on scarves and coats and gloves. They even carry bags :-O I dont take off my scarf to pee. I'm not German. I think this "women need to strip down more" was a reach.

Sigh.

Yes they carry these things.... the point is that it's much easier to hold them / wear them when you pee standing up at a urinal 🙄

It's not just differences in clothes, it's also the sitting, bending and having to lower clothes off your waist / get your undercarriage out of your clothes. It all adds up.

Sure, perhaps none of this applies to you, just as faffing in front of a mirror does not apply to many of the women here. That doesn't mean it's not true for many other women.

I have a feeling you and I have interacted before.

Anyway, back to the thread topic: nothng quite says "we are safe, law-abiding people who can totally be trusted to behave around half-dressed women and girls" like an entire Reddit thread discussing how to violate legally-mandated single-sex spaces.

Well, quite. Deflections aside.

Weirdly we don't do that from hunched over cropped pictures of someone who is white AF and just said they were black. Maybe you identify as black. That didn't go well for that woman did it?

And of course, claiming to be black (while not) is if anything more reasonable than claiming to be a woman while not.

Skin colour really is a spectrum, racial categories are largely arbitrary while sex is a strict binary and very clearly defined.

It makes no sense to say you are black based on physical characteristics while also saying someone can be a woman based on a fetish or psychological problem.

Fucking hell, we're not still dealing with sealions on FWR in 2026, are we?
Plus ca change.

Can we sort this out by saying we'll have the girly womanly female feminine dame spaces, and the frigid hateful bitches space? Label whatever is required, give women who want a single sex space the third spaces, they'll very gladly suck up the 'othering' and 'segregation' all day if it means a usable space without a man in it.

Except of course, this won't do for very obvious reasons that prove that accessible provision is not at all the desired goal of these men.

I have previously pointed out that the TRA model is basically

"Toilet for people who fear they may be at risk from others"

and

"Toilet for people who believe they may pose a risk to others"

On a self identified basis.

I am asking if the research shows that trans women in the general population are more likely to be violent offenders. Is the answer yes or no?

Did you post that from an upturned tub, with a beach ball in your flippers, going "Arp! Arp!" ?

Have we tried giving them a dead fish and seeing if they fuck off?

Thank you!
I can't quite believe the thread took such a bizarre detour, so thank you for bringing it back [deliberate Róisín Murphy/Moloko referenceSmile] to pointing out that males using women-only spaces are by that very fact transgressors, and boasting about it on Reddit makes it even more obvious.

CassOle · 13/06/2026 11:48

Exactly.

If they are decent people, they will obey the law.

This cannot be repeated enough.

Toilets don't need 'bouncers' at the door, everyone knows what sex they actually are (even if they wish they were the opposite sex) and they know what the law is.

They can campaign for more unisex spaces if that is what they want.

And ears, and nose.

This is so obvious. John McDonnell of Labour asked if they were going to have checks on the door to make sure Labour women's conference was attended by women. The fact he couldn't conceive that people might be able to stay away if the conference wasn't for them was astonishing and shows just how the trashing of women's boundaries has been accepted in some parts of society. x.com/johnmcdonnellMP/status/1997406371550306523

I remember this. He didn't realize he was suggesting that men would get angry and violent because they couldn't enter female only spaces.
