What is in the water this week?! Glinner now making a mockery of the cause

I know I know I should just get off twitter but this week is just back to back GC news and not in a good way.

If you haven't seen, Glinner posted a video mocking Green Leader Zack Polanski, understandable plenty of material for a comedy writer there, but the video is so unhinged and unfunny.

Some speculating Graham was drunk when he made it but it's been 24 hours and he's left it up so maybe not.

I feel like we are finally gaining real ground in this fight and this makes GCs look like a bunch of lunatics.

I know there is no formal hierarchy but like it or not, for better and worse, we do have public faces and 'spokespeople' for this fight and this is just embarrassing.

I just feel so helpless because there can't be any accountability for this kind of thing but my God.

So, what’s the plan for next week?

The mistake here is thinking there’s such a thing as a “GC feminist” or a “GC arena.”

There’s a wider discussion about safeguarding and how fetishising males have used and influenced social and political and medical movements for their own benefit and gains. Part of that has been acting in controlling and abusive ways to shut down any criticism or debate about what they’re doing. Glinner has spent a lot of time both experiencing this as well as researching this, and exposing it. The safeguarding harms affect women and men, girls and boys.

To add, I’m not going to condone when he’s been a twat nor agree with all his views. I’ll certainly read the things he’s documented as it’s excellent evidence.

Actor? Don't think graham was ever an actor. He's had a go at stand up comedy I believe, if that is a sample I'm not sure it's going to take off. Zach and his hypno tits are thoroughly deserving of mockery, to the extent perhaps the best delivery would be deadpan. It doesn't require effort.

Or maybe I haven't seen enough of Polanski speaking to get the joke. He's bad enough in writing.

Graham has put his career on the line to speak truth when so many others wouldn't. I thank him for that. Nobody should be judging the gender critical feminist movement by him, he's not even a woman. It's not a movement that really operates by figureheads and I rarely agree 100% with anyone at all, but there are so many amazing women I'd put up as a representative before Graham. My personal starting point is Helen Joyce, such a good communicator.

What has feminism ever done for you?

If you're a woman ...the right to vote, access to birth control, the right not to be raped within marriage, 'better' pay, more opportunities, single sex spaces....

I'm not remotely surprised that Glinner's singing Trump and the US's praises - he's been through some truly unbelievable harassment by TRAs and UK police. Now he's gone to the US where free speech is literally written into the First Amendment, and finds he's not constantly harassed and arrested for stuff he's written.

He came back to the UK last year and was promptly arrested by armed police - for a post on X.

The UK police have allowed themselves to be used as a private prosecuting service by some of the worst TRAs imaginable - they have made themselves and the whole of UK policing look like fools as a result.

As for Zack Polanski, he's such an imbecile he's practically beyond parody.
