I know I know I should just get off twitter but this week is just back to back GC news and not in a good way.

If you haven't seen, Glinner posted a video mocking Green Leader Zack Polanski, understandable plenty of material for a comedy writer there, but the video is so unhinged and unfunny.

Some speculating Graham was drunk when he made it but it's been 24 hours and he's left it up so maybe not.

I feel like we are finally gaining real ground in this fight and this makes GCs look like a bunch of lunatics.

I know there is no formal hierarchy but like it or not, for better and worse, we do have public faces and 'spokespeople' for this fight and this is just embarrassing.

I just feel so helpless because there can't be any accountability for this kind of thing but my God.

I'll ask the question I've asked many times before. No satisfactory answer ever provided. Up until around 2000, gender clinics around the world had tiny numbers of patients and at least two thirds were male, whatever age they were. Then the numbers soared and now the clinics and practitioners working with younger adults and children/teenagers report seeing at least twice as many female patients as male. Why is that, if it's not social contagion?

The flip response is that it wasn't socially acceptable until very recently. Well, in that case, where are all the middle-aged and elderly transmen, i.e. females who can now finally live their authentic selves and identify as men? If it's perfectly acceptable now, why are their numbers vanishingly small while the number of trans-identified males in their middle or later years is going up?

Honestly. Because Brooks said he was 18 at one time, then 17 at another, and has consistently lied, you think it's a great stick to beat people with. It isn't.

If people didn't keep referring to this young adult male trans activist as a child and young girl, then people probably wouldn't feel the need to so robustly set the record straight.
Anyone reading your posts who wasn't aware of the back story or seen the footage might think this was a grown man acting against a girl child, rather than a grown man in a two sided altercation with a well built young adult male who had provoked him.
I personally don't like Glinner, but I also dislike the use of language to misrepresent and mislead. Particularly when it involves males appropriating the language used to describe MVAWG to ramp up their victim status.
If right is on your side you don't need linguistic trickery to make your case.

He was claiming to be 17 in 2022, he can't still have been 17 in 2024 when the phone incident happened. Although we all know the reality of biological sex is a challenge to men like Tarquin, so maybe age is a problem too...

He's not a child, he's a great hulking man. I've been at LWS when this great hulking man was circling us, shouting abuse. He was, on that occasion, removed by the police, which was very welcome.

I remain pleased that his vexatious litigation against Glinner has failed - Tarquin turned up on that day to deliberately provoke the exact situation that arose - he's so dim he even admitted in court that Glinner would be a good "scalp" for the TRAs. I'm glad he failed.

I’m confused @TransParentlyAnnoyed , aren’t children as young as 10 able to make the life altering choice to go on puberty blockers? So how come those kids are totally responsible and mature enough to make these permanent choices, but a 17 year old (if we believe Tarquin),is too young to face the consequences of their actions? Both things cannot be true.
