This has been making the rounds in the US. Apparently closed her practice the day it happened.

It's like negotiating with an overtired toddler!

spannasaurus · 28/03/2026 11:51

She starts screaming for a female officer at the end!!

CassOle · 28/03/2026 11:57

We really need to get back to bringing only the professional self to work. There is no reason why someone with a transgender identity cannot be professional and do a good and effective job in their profession. Unfortunately, this wasn't it.

LargeAmericanoQuick · 28/03/2026 11:59

I wonder if she does the Mumsnet free 30 minute appointment?

SternJoyousBeev2 · 28/03/2026 12:05

I saw this several days ago on YT shorts. Even with no mention in the description of trans and before she got angry I suspected that this was a female so went looking for the next part which confirmed my suspicion. I’ve been watching a lot of court tv clips and body cam videos lately and never before this seen a legal representative have to be removed in this way.

RoyalCorgi · 28/03/2026 12:06

This has been circulating on X for a while - I was hoping someone would post it here! These people are ridiculous, but it's also a bit sad. The lawyer appears to be mentally unwell, and the fact she starts calling for a female lawyer suggests she doesn't even believe her own claim to be a man - so how does she expect anyone else to believe it?

DeanElderberry · 28/03/2026 12:14

Dr P has started arguing that anyone on wrong-sex hormones is unsafe and unfit for work.

Dr P: 'Transwoman' is a slur. Like the 'N' word.

Thanks Karen. They do. I'm just finishing a new article on why people taking hormones should not be in the workplace. (Hopefully
@tittersome
will do his brilliant artwork, as usual). From bus drivers to airline pilots, to teachers to opticians, anyone taking cross-sex hormones should be immediately 'grounded' and removed from employment. These hormones are causing structural and chemical changes in the brain and they are impacting mood and behaviour. But in the rush to 'affirm' and to be 'inclusive', nobody is bothering to monitor the neurobiological and neurocognitive changes leading to what I call 'Trans-Type Brain Damage' (TTBD). People taking toxic 'gender affirming', cross-sex hormones are a potential threat to everyone. There is no medical justification whatsoever for this utterly stupid and monumentally irresponsible practice. We are all paying the price for other people's absurd and dangerous 'embodiment journeys'. People should not be free to 'do what they want' with their own bodies. Not when doing so affects everyone around them. Gender 'medicine' is an urgent (and growing) threat to public safety. Because the real issue, (which has been completely overlooked) is not about 'trans rights'. It is about trans risks.

testmatchspecial · 28/03/2026 12:16

I would think court security are more used to restraining potentially mentally unwell criminals in that matter rather than attorneys.

BamsWereAtIt · 28/03/2026 12:20

I think calling her mentally unwell is too generous. She's able to control herself until someone tells her No. I think she's immature, entitled, and perhaps has a touch of roid rage. She's calling for a female officer because she wants her Mommy to shout at the mean bullies for her 🙄

Boiledbeetle · 28/03/2026 12:28

She is a perfect example of why being kind is not a good idea. She didn't become such an entitled spoilt arsehole of a brat overnight. That performance by her in court even before the security came to cart her off was years in the making.

When you add in the hormones, and the constant affirmation that she is one of the most vulnerable in society and that the world is against her, that whole thing on the video was guaranteed to happen at some point.

I bet there is plenty of similar behaviour by her preceding this that wasn't caught on a court video feed.

spannasaurus · 28/03/2026 12:32

I saw a report saying she was already subject to some kind of special supervision by her regulating body due to previous bad behaviour

Also saw another report that a woman approached her to act in a divorce and she told the husband that his wife was seeking divorce despite the fact that the woman had stated that she didn't want her husband to know as he was violent to her.

BamsWereAtIt · 28/03/2026 12:33

It's all just manipulative bullshit. She starts the row, then plays the victim. Accuses the judge of transphobia, lies to her face about throwing her phone, yells at the man to stop being aggressive when she's the aggressor. DARVO.

CassOle · 28/03/2026 12:35

Identifying as transgender (or non-binary) is something that can be done without taking cross-sex hormones and undergoing operations to modify the body.

If certain body modifications turn out to cause brain damage, we do need proper research and evidence for this.

One of the things that has really worried me about 'gender affirming care' is how the downsides and risks are brushed away or downplayed by some.

What the fuck? She could have got that women killed.

solerolover · 28/03/2026 12:36

Lawyer: "...I'm a transgender attorney..."

Judge: "I don't know WHAT you are."

Mate, this exchange cracked me up😂

faithfultoGeorgeMichael · 28/03/2026 11:45

It's like negotiating with an overtired toddler!

A constant stream of demands and demonic low pitched screams. On bodycam videos those deep screams are usually an indication of intoxication from illegal drugs (on top of alcohol).

Narcissistic, control freak and possibly misuse of some substances.

Zhu · 28/03/2026 12:45

It’s quite distressing to watch. I do feel like they all missed a chance to diffuse the situation- though obviously the defence lawyer was massively in the wrong. I wondered about testosterone watching it - but the prosecution lawyer is almost as bad with his dick swinging and squaring up to her - he’s definitely trying to push the trans lawyer to react. Surely you can get someone out of court without all that violence. That said, she clearly needs help and undoubtedly should not be practising.

She could have not resisted then there would have been no need for any violence. Or she could have not committed contempt of court

SternJoyousBeev2 · 28/03/2026 12:52

I agree that the court officials were OTT in the amount of force being used. It didn’t have to start off quite so badly. The situation could quite possible have still escalated towards the same outcome but that would have been on her rather than on the uniformed officials.

BaronessEllarawrosaurus · 28/03/2026 12:56

Its Oklahoma, putting people down will be the first resort to resisting arrest because its a permitless concealed carry state. Its easy to look at the video and see unnecessary aggression but its a completely different culture and can't be judged by uk expectations.

I don't think the prosecuting attorney was needlessly aggressive. It was more emphasizing a firm no, exactly as you do sometimes need to do with a toddler tantrum. The only way that was not going to go the way it did was to give the defense attorney everything they wanted.

Thingybob · 28/03/2026 12:59

Would there would have been more effort made to de-escalate and appease if it had been a trans woman?

TW would probs punch the judge in the face

Jaxhog · 28/03/2026 13:12

Being trans is completely irrelevant. He is obstructive, rude and disrespecting of the judge and other court officials. Clearest case of contempt I've ever seen.

Gettingbysomehow · 28/03/2026 13:13

Ive been violently attacked by trans people where I work in medical a few times. Im nearly 67. They are right on the edge all the time. Its very noticeable. I treat them the same way I treat everyone else but I just dont trust them any more.

Emigree · 28/03/2026 13:13

I have mixed feelings about this one. On one hand, there's some schadenfreude in seeing a FAFO moment coming for someone who is being obnoxious. On the other hand this is a clearly mentally ill woman who has been affirmed and inappropriately medicated instead of treated. The person who I feel really sorry for is the person who had tried to employ her as a court representative - no matter the right and wrongs of the court situation that individual deserved competent representation
