I do hope all the gerbils have safely arrived in the new location. I really, really could do with a visit from both the Sleep Gerbil and the Dream Gerbil after the past few nights. Not that I'm feeling sorry for myself you understand... 😩

It just lists house cleaning tasks, but from different systems. I guess you're supposed to pick those that work for you.

It turns out that hot lactose enzyme added milk with one teaspoon of Whittard's Chocolate plus turmeric and ground black pepper is drinkable. Crumbs.

I went to bed early last night as I was tired from clearing out my garage. The sleep gerbils did a very good job, thank you.

Why is the Bluestocking full of camels?

Ask for one sympathy camel, you get a whole caravan of them.🤷‍♀️ No reason the Bluestocking can’t serve as a caravanserai as well as a more traditional inn, though strictly they should be out stabled next to the horses and donkeys.

The sleep gerbils did me well last night, Thank you, little furry ones.

However, that list of tasks makes me exhausted just to look at it. Who vacuums their car every week? And weekly "air purification"? I open the windows every day. Will that do?

My ‘cleaning schedule’ is the result of factors such as weather, boredom, whether we have visitors and which rooms they’ll be likely to use.

Also ‘Treat leather sofas & chairs.’

I don’t have any but if I did, what should I treat them to?

Not sure if mine are leather or fake but I treat them to a nice chance to cuddle me and support me frequently

The Sleep Gerbils seem to have done right by a good few of us, but we are on tenterhooks for NotAtMyAge's report, as the S&D Gerbils were on Special Sleep Patrol for her last night.

I don't know who it was who first produced the image of the S&D Gerbils hovering around on wings - when I came up with the idea of them I hadn't thought through how they'd get to us - gossamer wings! - of course! duh!

Android, would you be so kind as to produce an image of just the two Winged Gerbils in your image above, sometime? It would be lovely to have a pikkie of them to post last thing at night when somebody makes a special request for them

They're not all camels, some of them are gerbils who can change their appearance to fit in with their surroundings. They are camelians.😁

There used to be a Bactrian camel called Kevin living just off the A1 near Scotch Corner.

After he died they got two female Bactrians, one of them pregnant although they didn't know when they bought her. So there are three now, but I don't know their names.

The sleep gerbils were clearly busy elsewhere - we had a bit of a poorly-dog-panic in the middle of the night - noise from the dogs that could have been one of them going to be sick, or could have presaged another fit. Luckily it turned out to be just a need for a middle of the night wee, but we were both worrying that ddog2 might be building up to a fit, so we gave her an extra tablet, but it took a while to get back to sleep.

Then I had to get up early today, because my wheelchair is being delivered between 9am and 4pm. I was up and ready before 9am, so Sod’s Law says they will arrive at 3.55pm. 😂

The correct name for a female camel is of course Alice.
