Obviously not ignoring the racial implications is part of it, but what do we do about that? Do we look more closely men from a certain area in Pakistan? Or what?

Care system needs an enormous overhaul. It's massively underfunded.

Infuriating to see Nigel Farage using this issue for his own ends. It’s completely unhelpful and will allow Sadiq Khan to deflect criticism as racist and political.
Farage doesn’t care about vulnerable girls . He should shut up .

Farage is being Farage, as ever. He’s a master at opportunistically criticising others, but has never done anything constructive himself. Remember what a “champion” he was of British fishing during Brexit? The fact he’d been on the EU fisheries committee for years and never bothered attending to stand up for British interests speaks volumes.

It's beyond shocking that child abuse is just being dismissed as the children "choosing" this. The whole point of the age of consent is that a child is deemed not to be able to consent below this age, surely?

I thought this had all been dragged out into the open and dealt with after the Rotherham, Oxford scandals etc but no, here we are in 2025 AND IT'S STILL HAPPENING.
