@Bringemout this is why we desperately need an independent inquiry. How was this arranged, what was the motive? The women have said in many cases they were prostituted, where did the money go, what happened. Many of the women say they were racially abused, racial language was used in court by the perpetrators. We need to fully understand the crime, the perpetrators and their behaviour in order to ensure this never happens again.
I cannot comprehend the vicious nature of the way these girls were attacked, we need an inquiry with an independent judge as the chair.

At the very least anyone and everyone in power in local government needs to be on the case trying to make sure that there are no unheard voices and uninvestigated crimes. To assume "nothing to see here" is outrageous.

Thanks to the PP who posted the DM article by Yasmin Alibhai-Brown about the attitudes of family members of offenders. Women raised in a misogynistic and abusive environment can be misogynistic themselves. Although it isn't the focus of the article, it is horrible to think of so many women trapped in abusive marriages.

But he was told to back off by social services, and even a large children’s charity, because he was generating “extra work”.

When you consider how useless the childrens charities have been in speaking out about how harmful gender ideology is to children-they are not fit for purpose.

Several minutes on Google will highlight a bunch of other outrageous things that Wedger has been involved in including appearing in a podcast with a Scientologist conspiracy theorist and declaring that they should both watch "child porn" together in order to better understand it, defending a notorious anti-abortion activist Wilfred Wong, currently serving a long jail stretch for kidnapping a terrified child at knifepoint and bundling him into a car (rescuing the child from Satanist apparently)

It doesn't end there it just goes on and on and on I don't have time to detail it all but really five minutes of due diligence could've helped here

At some point, we're going to ask why we have been locking up the victims of this travesty rather than the offenders.
