Andrew Letton (Leonardo) is being questioned by Susanne Tanner (Leonardo barrister)

This is more like an Employment Drive presentation.

From TT

AR Co identified a need c 2017 and we recruited somebody to post. They stayed 2-3 years and then interim person and then Rachel.
ST Since 2022 Rachel R been EDI. And relationship Make UK
AR Not just Edin. Relationship we have is we get advice from Make Uk, helps us get regional support.

NebulousSupportPostcard · 02/10/2025 12:32

In an alternative universe I would love NC to begin with a reversal of yesterday's cross, and say "I realise that the questions may be difficult and I DO want to distress you and make you cry".

Letton is answering a question by bringing in Rachel ?Ruxton, the new HR hire who IIRC came in after the shitshow had been established. From evidence on Leo UK site I think he is correct she has been working as hard as he says but there was a shitload of ground to recover thanks to the damage done over a decade of fuckwittery. So no cigar for you, Andy, for trying to deflect to the hard working woman you dumped this on.

SternJoyousBeev2 · 02/10/2025 12:32

I think some of the interference with sound is related to the young man typing on his laptop. I wish he would take a break.

What has this got to do with the issues at hand?

OP posts:
MarieDeGournay · 02/10/2025 12:36

This is the opposite of ST asking such detailed qq of MK - what direction, what floor, who was there, was it Rachel or Ian, was it 14 weeks or 13 weeks, was it NE or NNE..

The qq to AR are - who's a good boy then? who's a good boy? yes YOU are, you're a good boy and so is Leonardo!

@NebulousSupportPostcard

We've hit 1000 replies on the previous thread, so I'm posting my reply here.

My reasons for reporting were as stated.

I accept you were not acting in bad faith, but the concentration on one person and the content of the posts in which you re-posted his photo seemed to be encouraging a pile-on. I accept that provoking a pile-on was not your intent, but it could have had that result - (remember that only you knew/were sure AL would be a witness, so it could have been a pile-on on a person who had not given evidence) and that is the kind of thing which those opposed to open justice could use as a reason to shut down TT or keep sensitive ETs held in private.

Jimmyneutronsforehead · 02/10/2025 12:37

Just had a look at their other training courses.

One one hand: neurodiversity awareness, on the other hand: using psychometric assessments for self-development.

I don't think they quite realise how hard psychometric assessments are when you're neurodivergent but it is definitely something my ex employers pushed when they found out I was neurodivergent despite flawless, exemplary customer satisfaction feedback.

Sod all, ickky. 🥱

He’s going to get a shock when it’s NC’s turn to X.

OverlyFragrant · 02/10/2025 12:38

This case isn't as 'sexy' as SP vs NHS Fife but is equally important.

MyrtleLion · 02/10/2025 12:38

From TT

AR Longstanding with Unite union. Senior TU rep on each site. Consult and inform.
ST What matter req to be consulted on
AR Anything re changes to T&C. Changes to practices etc.
ST Percentages - how much of workforce union members
AR [discusses} 35% [tt note - think that was the final figure]
ST How are relations
AR we are changing eg pension arrangements. And on pay. [ends with fairly good]

Psychometrics are hell for neurodiverse people and are mostly psychobabble anyway.

MyrtleLion · 02/10/2025 12:40

From TT

ST Meetings?
AR Some meetings every two weeks. Employee consultations. Changing nature of workforce from closed shop high TU membership. Needed to find way of engaging with employees. T Us are given seats. Union reps are elected by union, other members elected by employees.

ST That give opportunity to hear from elected reps from employees. Other structures to enable this.
