The problem with trans ideology is when it butts up against reality. You can call for violence, "kill the TERFs" etc and then not actually realise the very real life implications.

The whole thing is off. The incredible preciseness of the shot, the madness of the celebrations, the sackings, the 'was it Mossad or a right wing furry' confusion.

A prominent political activist was assassinated, voices on social media celebrated and have deliberately put out false and misleading theories.

People experienced with those sorts of guns are saying that that distance, with that particular firearm and a scope on a target who is relatively still (Kirk was sitting down) is not particularly difficult.

And also (and this is grim) it was probably a botched shot to the head rather than an accurate shot to the neck.

Yes, loads of people latched onto where the shot hit as being a deliberate message of silencing Kirk. I heard that and thought "that's cobblers".

It is a leisure activity for him. He has money. My dad hunted for a leisure activity. Americans go to a shooting range for fun. They also have guns to protect themselves.

You don't get it, Britain and Ireland are manicured, nil dangerous animals. In America there is the wild. if you go in the woods you need to know about poisonous snakes, spiders, bears, moose, cougars, etc., depending where you are. And you need to be equipped and prepared or you could die. British people seem soft to me.

They are Mormons, who are (at least outwardly) the most wholesome of all religious sects.
Even the teens are expected to follow dress codes that are rarely seen anywhere but the most staid of white collar professions nowadays.

I thought the commentary from the same-age neighbour of Tyler Robinson outside the Robinson family home re: pressure to conform with Mormon restrictions and the shameful feelings of growing up in that environment when you know you are different (can’t remember if the ‘difference’ was just implied as being homosexual or explicit) were interesting and insightful.

Also, the guy who asked the question about trans shooters has made a YouTube video about it. He’s clearly traumatised by what he witnessed. I’ll come back with links.

Quite simply because in the hope that if you repeat the lie enough then some people will believe it and others will start to have doubts. Then more people repeat it and before long it enters into mainstream views.

I’ve no evidence that Robinson was part of this movement but it’s interesting that the local ‘Queers’ are pro gun rather than pro gun control. They definitely wouldn’t like commentators like Charlie Kirk advocating for trans people to be banned from purchasing firearms…
