Get the popcorn folks. GLP is getting ready to lose again.

They are going after barrister Sarah Phillimore for referring to a man as a man. They think they are going to lawfare her into silence.

The only thing is other TAs have already tried this on Phillimore multiple times. They went to the Bar Council their claims were dismissed. They all failed. More to the point this ‘Kate’ is the same guy complaining again who already failed. Sarah Phillimore knows the law and likes explaining it to TAs and making them lose. So she doesn't even resent the attempt.

Sarah is old-school at this. There's probably nothing the TRAs can throw at her that she hasn't already witnessed, including successfully challenging her inclusion on the non-criminal shit list (without her knowledge) for alleged transphobic tweets.

I'm coming to the conclusion that Maughan hasn't just hit on a useful grift but actively gets off on the public humiliation of his constant failure (we know how much some of these men love humiliation). Indeed. He is presumably on a substantial salary from the GLP, and who could grudge him that? He has three children to support and we all know how dear that can be, especially when they want expensive things that are difficult to obtain in the UK.

It truly is. There's a clear pattern of him accusing others around the same period he accuses you. We are told to listen to trans people. Listening to his own words about suicide presents a very troubling pattern of manipulation & vary accounts as to who he blames as suits in the moment. I don't see how it's possible to give credence to a word he says. I'm sorry you were targeted as an opportunity for him to play victim. I doubt you will be the last.

So it seems Rosie Duffield drove him to be suicidal but apparently it's Sarah fault because he didn't get anywhere harassing Rosie.

Looks as if both Soph and Jollyon are a perfect match. Both apparently determined to undermine women's rights to boundaries from men and uncaring about safeguarding children.
